子弟兵被吹犯規 勇士教頭激情抗議NBA開鍘
美國職籃NBA金州勇士葛林在球隊出戰波特蘭拓荒者的比賽中被吹犯規，總教練柯爾（Steve Kerr）因此對裁判咆哮，今天聯盟對他開鍘，祭出2萬5000美元（約新台幣77萬元）罰款。昨天比賽中，勇士的葛林（Draymond Green）被吹判一級惡意犯規，柯爾對此憤怒的表達抗議後，被判罰並護送出場。柯爾在那場比賽中收到兩次技術犯規，他在將戰術板摔到地上，並怒譙裁判茂爾（Kenny Mauer）後遭罰出場。NBA籃球營運執行副總裁范德維奇（Kiki VanDeWeghe）證實柯爾遭到罰款。柯爾後來向記者說明他生氣的反應，並表示他對葛林看似無害的挑戰對手，卻被判犯規而感到困惑。柯爾說：「我當時很震驚，那樣竟然會被判一級惡性犯規。」柯爾表示：「這令人摸不著頭緒，我的意思是，對方上前來準備灌籃，你得確保他不會真的得逞，所以我告訴肯尼（裁判茂爾名字），恕難苟同。」葛林同樣感到困惑，並暗示他是因為過去種種犯規紀錄而受到嚴厲處罰。葛林談到那次犯規時說：「我是針對球去的。我不知道耶，這應該是『葛林條款』吧。」葛林也感謝柯爾為他抱不平。

美祭新制裁 俄國安會：與美關係不中斷
在美國政府對俄羅斯採取新制裁後，俄羅斯國家安全會議秘書長派楚希夫(Nikolai Patrushev)6日表示，莫斯科與美國政府的接觸不會因此而結束。
美國6日鎖定俄羅斯總統蒲亭的盟友，對俄國商人、企業和政府官員實施制裁，這是華府懲罰莫斯科包括干預美國2016年總統大選等惡意活動最激烈的舉措之一。
派楚希夫在國安會議後表示，受制裁的個人和實體將會找到抵銷限制的方法。
另外根據國際傳真社(Interfax News Agency)報導，俄國工業和貿易部長曼圖洛夫(Denis Manturov)已經表示，將對被列入制裁名單的國營企業提供額外的政府補助。
