Very comfortable shoes. Takes a little time to break them in, but when they do they are great! At first, I noticed my feet did not evenly hit the floor when I walked in them unless I concentrated on doing so. I am on my feet 12 hours a day at work and they allow me to work without my feet hurting. The shoes fit true to size with some wiggle room in the toe area which is also great. The jury is still out on these shoes reference durability but so far so good. I will probably purchase another pair so when I go through them I will have another and to reduce the normal wear and tear.
A+ design! looks 110% better in real life介紹下殺 then in the pictures.

These are great shoes! The look amamzing and feel awesome! The only problem I have with them is that the Air Bag was scuffed a bit when I got it. The Nike Air print inside the shoe also rubs off to easy. I peeled of the size sticker and half the label came off. I had the same problem with the Nike Air Max 90. This is something I believe should be addressed. Still though great shoe, and amazing design.

諮商時說出活動商品便宜經驗 首重「安全感」
（優活健康網記者林奐妤／編輯整理）在與受創兒童進行諮商時，對於心理與情緒上的安全感，再怎麼強調也不為過。我們要如何確保兒童在談論自己的經驗時，不會對於二次創傷的發生無能為力呢？這個問題就讓我們考量到兒童的「心理定位」，讓他們擁有能夠說出自己創傷經驗的空間。
運用敘事治療 讓兒童順利表達經驗
換一種說法就是：這個問題讓我們去思考，兒童在表達自己受虐經驗時，究竟是在怎樣的身分領域中立足。如果這個身分領域是用兒童遭受的創傷來定義範圍，那麼直接鼓勵兒童表達自己的創傷經驗，絕對是會造成二次創傷，並帶來更嚴重的無力感。
除了考量兒童重新定位的各種方法，好讓他們在安全的情境中表達自己創傷經驗，我們也要運用敘事治療方式，讓兒童生活的支線故事獲得認同並豐厚地發展起來。
提供安全感 舒緩二次創傷情境中的情緒
在支線故事發展的同時，這些故事線也提供了另一種身分領域讓兒童來運用，以便說出自己的創傷經驗。雖然我強調安全感，但也不希望大家誤解，以為我不支持讓兒童說出自己的創傷經驗。
兒童能夠說出自己的創傷經驗及其造成的影響，能夠受到支持以將原本說不出來的事情付諸言語，當然非常重要。我經常發現，能夠提供我所說的安全感的身分領域，總是可以讓兒童堅強地說出他們的創傷經驗及其影響。這樣的表達其實可以舒緩總是在二次創傷情境中被強化的自貶、無望、孤寂和無用等感覺。
