批柯文哲「國家」之說是廢話 王世堅：學人精無誤
[新頭殼newtalk] 台北市長柯文哲於日前拋出「國是中華民國、家是台灣」的論述，認為統獨是假議題真問題；台灣另一端的高雄市長韓國瑜也在同一天對九二共識提出看法，認為九二共識有政治嚴肅性，但兩岸一家親是情感層面，就如同「你儂我儂」的關係，兩人的言論也引來綠營立委王世堅的不滿，甚至在今(15)日發文痛批柯文哲是學人精，直指柯文哲的此番言論馬英九前總統就曾經說過。
王世堅文章一開頭就開門見山的痛罵「柯文哲沒有中心思想、核心價值！」更隔空喊話，請柯文哲不要再咬文嚼字，把「國家」分成兩個字來解析，認為柯文哲先前「國是中華民國、家是台灣」的言論是廢話，且指馬英九早在2011年就說過同樣的話，兩人根本毫無差異，也說柯文哲是學人精，到處抄襲別人。
王世堅在文章中表示，自己認為柯文哲的此番言論代表著柯文哲依舊在肖想2020的總統大位，也隔空對北高兩位市長問話，「台灣接受一個中國嗎？台灣是中國的一部分嗎？」他更在文末呼籲兩位市長正視自己的市政問題，兩岸關係並非兩都市長職責，市政推動應建立於中央的原則下，進行城市交流，若有其他想法，就是逾越了市長的分寸。

一身時下流行的運動裝扮，康和期貨營業部業務經理傅威，平日是業績數一數二的超級營業員，業餘時則搖身一變，成為無役不與的鐵人三項比賽的運動員，勤於鍛鍊耐力與爆發力的他，不僅讓身心維持極佳狀態，更將於4月挑戰於台東舉辦的「Challenge Taiwan」分組前三名。
5年前，傅威在同事邀約下接觸慢跑，起先是以休閒為出發點，接著開始騎自行車，成為平日的娛樂嗜好，一次因緣際會下，有人建議他可以朝「鐵人三項」目標邁進，就此，開啟了他的鐵人三項運動生涯。
傅威說，原先並不會游泳，但友人的建議，讓他發現自己有慢跑、腳踏車的根基，如能加上游泳，就可以有一項運動賽事可以檢驗自身的運動成果；他身體力行再度學成游泳，鐵人三項技能齊備。
傅威每日下班後，至少會固定做一項運動，以維持一定的體態與狀態。他回憶，起初在河濱公園慢跑2公里就會氣喘吁吁，不斷磨練後心肺功能越來越好，現在動輒跑半馬（21公里）都不感疲累；假日也幾乎以鍛鍊此三項運動為樂，慢跑或騎單車後，也會透過游泳放鬆肌肉。
傅威熟悉且專業地說，所謂的「鐵人三項」，其實是指226K的「超鐵」，也就是游泳3.8公里、鐵馬180公里、路跑42公里的集合，不過，因困難度十足，如今也發展出「半超鐵」、「標鐵」、「半標鐵」等賽事。
2014年10月，傅威參加了生平第一次的鐵人三項競賽，是在台東舉辦的「半標鐵」，雖然在參賽過程中，身心疲勞與意志力不斷拉鋸，也數度想在中途放棄，但不屈不撓咬牙撐過後，完賽後的喜悅，讓傅威一次次向更高階的競賽挑戰。
傅威分享經驗，前年參加IRONMAN在墾丁舉辦的賽事，因墾丁在台灣最南端，以為天氣適宜，卻忽略凌晨水溫僅有18度，未穿上防寒衣的結果，就是在冰冷的海水中狂打冷顫，之後的賽事不管天氣冷熱，絕對不會再忘記帶好防寒衣。
每次辛苦完賽後，總喊著不再參賽的傅威，最後都是重拾熱情再戰，他用「無可救藥」來形容自己對於鐵人三項的喜愛；今年4月底，Challenge Taiwan將在台東舉辦賽事，他信誓旦旦報名了226K的「超鐵」競賽。
傅威不知不覺中，又露出分析師獨到的特質，他認真分析，以往能擠進分組前3名的優勝者，大多在12個半小時內完賽，他以近期自主訓練的成績評估，今年可望奪得前3名的佳績。為了此次的鐵人競賽，傅威全力以赴，不僅平日持續鍛鍊肌力與耐力，也不斷練習關鍵的「轉換力」，傅威解釋：「游泳完後馬上騎腳踏車、騎完腳踏車後又要有力量慢跑，不同肌肉群的轉換練習，其實這才是鐵人三項中最重要的環節。」
傅威每天的飲食也極度規律，早餐只吃三明治和水煮蛋，中午以便當果腹，是一天當中攝取蛋白質最多的時刻，晚餐則僅進食「堅果飲、麥片、蘋果、奇異果、堅果」。
會有如此健康的飲食，是為了減低體脂肪，傅威說，體脂肪太高容易影響運動表現，他參考國手的營養餐，設計出一套專屬自己的飲食計畫，目標在4月的鐵人賽事登場前，將13％的體脂率再下降1個百分點至12％。
如果不是在準備賽事的期間，傅威的飲食也與此健康的養生清單相去不遠，且每日晚間11時準時就寢，凌晨6時30分起床準備上班。他說，自從維持這樣的規律睡眠與飲食後，近2、3年都沒有感冒，如果真的非得算上小感冒，大約也僅有2次，而且很快痊癒，精神狀況也變得極佳。
傅威強調，身體的變化不是短時間就能體悟，是當自己持續這樣的生活半年後，才開始出現以往沒有的體態，不僅整個人變得輕盈，也不易生病，他也開始相信，每當運動超過半小時之後，大腦產生的「腦內啡」累積的愉快感涓滴成河，是讓他過得與其他人更不同的原因。
目前，傅威是每月貢獻康和期貨可觀業績的超業，更能在行有餘力之際以鐵人三項增強體魄，凡事都想向巔峰挑戰的他，此次超鐵目標達陣後，期待能向更多的極限賽事前進。
