扁憂高雄市民學韓國瑜：把我打到住院

前總統陳水扁在九合一大選前，曾在臉書上發文表示，若韓國瑜當選高雄市長，是要逼他離開高雄「北漂」；然而韓國瑜最終拿下高雄市長大位，阿扁今（5日）拍攝一段影片，透露自己不打算北漂，因為想等待享受愛情摩天輪的情趣，也在等待要到旗津賭場試手氣。另外，他也重提20多年前在立法院被韓國瑜爆打的事件，擔心韓國瑜成了市長後，市民會覺得「市長可以打陳水扁，市民為什麼不可以？」

對於韓國瑜日前邀請阿扁參加就職典禮，還說阿扁年紀大了不要隨便發脾氣等言論，阿扁表示，自己今年68歲了，和韓國瑜（61歲）年紀沒差多少，而且他也沒有生氣，是「驚惶」，因他難以忘懷20多年前在立法院被韓國瑜爆打到住院的回憶。
阿扁直言，他可以原諒韓國瑜當年的行為不再計較，但那個恐懼一直還在，害怕韓國瑜成為市長後，市民會不會覺得「市長可以打陳水扁，市民為什麼不可以打？」然後當他在外頭運動的時候從後面攻擊他。
阿扁說，所以當韓國瑜邀請他參加就職典禮時，他擔心現場都是人山人海的韓粉，韓國瑜有辦法「保護到我的安全？」阿扁說那個驚惶一直都在，如何做到免於恐懼的自由，這是韓國瑜未來要好好做的地方，希望韓國瑜能排除他內心的恐懼。
另外，阿扁也表示，選後不少媒體朋友透過兒子陳致中，詢問自己何時要北漂？阿扁說，還沒準備好要這麼快北漂，因為他還在等待要享受愛情摩天輪的情趣，也在等待要到旗津賭場試試手氣，他和所有高雄市民一樣，對韓國瑜選前提出的承諾相當期待，韓國瑜想讓高雄成為「全台首富」，大家都等著看。

暫停聯合軍演 傳美韓預計本週作出宣布
（路透首爾17日電）美國總統川普在川金會後的記者會透露，有意暫時取消美國與南韓大規模聯合軍演後，南韓政府消息人士今天表示，兩國料將於本週作出相關宣布。
韓聯社報導，消息人士說，南韓和美國的宣布可能包含一項「即刻恢復」條款，暗示北韓若未履行非核化承諾，兩國將重啟聯合軍演。
根據報導，可能只有大規模聯合軍演會受到影響，例行軍事訓練將照常舉行。
川普12日在新加坡與北韓領導人金正恩舉行歷史性高峰會後，說他有意中止「挑釁、不適當又昂貴」的美韓聯合軍演；平壤當局將這類軍演視為入侵北韓的預演。
這名匿名的消息人士說：「美國總統川普說他有意停止聯合軍演，兩國軍方已密切磋商相關計畫。」
