扁憂高雄市民學韓國瑜：把我打到住院

前總統陳水扁在九合一大選前，曾在臉書上發文表示，若韓國瑜當選高雄市長，是要逼他離開高雄「北漂」；然而韓國瑜最終拿下高雄市長大位，阿扁今（5日）拍攝一段影片，透露自己不打算北漂，因為想等待享受愛情摩天輪的情趣，也在等待要到旗津賭場試手氣。另外，他也重提20多年前在立法院被韓國瑜爆打的事件，擔心韓國瑜成了市長後，市民會覺得「市長可以打陳水扁，市民為什麼不可以？」

對於韓國瑜日前邀請阿扁參加就職典禮，還說阿扁年紀大了不要隨便發脾氣等言論，阿扁表示，自己今年68歲了，和韓國瑜（61歲）年紀沒差多少，而且他也沒有生氣，是「驚惶」，因他難以忘懷20多年前在立法院被韓國瑜爆打到住院的回憶。
阿扁直言，他可以原諒韓國瑜當年的行為不再計較，但那個恐懼一直還在，害怕韓國瑜成為市長後，市民會不會覺得「市長可以打陳水扁，市民為什麼不可以打？」然後當他在外頭運動的時候從後面攻擊他。
阿扁說，所以當韓國瑜邀請他參加就職典禮時，他擔心現場都是人山人海的韓粉，韓國瑜有辦法「保護到我的安全？」阿扁說那個驚惶一直都在，如何做到免於恐懼的自由，這是韓國瑜未來要好好做的地方，希望韓國瑜能排除他內心的恐懼。
另外，阿扁也表示，選後不少媒體朋友透過兒子陳致中，詢問自己何時要北漂？阿扁說，還沒準備好要這麼快北漂，因為他還在等待要享受愛情摩天輪的情趣，也在等待要到旗津賭場試試手氣，他和所有高雄市民一樣，對韓國瑜選前提出的承諾相當期待，韓國瑜想讓高雄成為「全台首富」，大家都等著看。

陸美第二波160億美元加稅戰昨開打，經濟部與產業專家都認為這波對台灣「影響有限」。對台灣半導體來說，還有轉單「潛在利多」。不過台達電創辦人鄭崇華昨表示，此戰台達、客戶、供應商確實深受影響，他預估衝擊還會繼續發酵、日趨嚴峻。
而陸美貿易戰煙硝再起，也影響房市。有上市建商「股王」「EPS獲利王」之稱的長虹建設董事長李文造指出，在國內游資充沛下，短期對台灣房市沒有立即影響，但若戰況日益激烈，必然衝擊台灣經濟，國內房市也難倖免。目前建商在購地與推案上，態度都將趨於保守。
經濟部長沈榮津則說，陸美這波160億加稅，在石化、鋼鋁、機械產業上，台商去那邊投資設廠多半以大陸內需市場為主，影響有限。另一項課稅的半導體，台灣在大陸製造相對英特爾、三星、海力士那幾個外商來說偏低，影響更是有限。
產業分析師也指出，這波加稅對台灣半導體業者是「沒有利空，還有潛在利多」。大陸積體電路輸美被課稅的金額，僅占大陸整體積體電路產值的2到3%，其中多是韓系、美系大廠。台積電、聯電雖在大陸有生產晶片，但都以對岸內需為主，因此幾乎沒有影響。反倒是如三星、海力士在大陸廠的記憶體成本變貴，美國客戶可能來台灣詢價，讓我們業者享受到轉單好處。
不過根據中央社在北京報導，鄭崇華昨出席第21屆京台科技論壇峰會致詞時強調，川普輕率開啟貿易戰，對兩岸科技產業就產生巨大衝擊。他認為台達以及客戶或供應商，確實深受影響，這樣的衝擊還會繼續發酵、日趨嚴峻。不過台達在大陸已耕耘20多年來，從未考慮撤資。
他說，有些大陸企業跟美國採購半導體，一旦美不願意再販售，影響當然重大。但這同時也給企業刺激，必須加速核心技術的研發，長遠來說反而有利。
