批柯文哲「國家」之說是廢話 王世堅：學人精無誤
[新頭殼newtalk] 台北市長柯文哲於日前拋出「國是中華民國、家是台灣」的論述，認為統獨是假議題真問題；台灣另一端的高雄市長韓國瑜也在同一天對九二共識提出看法，認為九二共識有政治嚴肅性，但兩岸一家親是情感層面，就如同「你儂我儂」的關係，兩人的言論也引來綠營立委王世堅的不滿，甚至在今(15)日發文痛批柯文哲是學人精，直指柯文哲的此番言論馬英九前總統就曾經說過。
王世堅文章一開頭就開門見山的痛罵「柯文哲沒有中心思想、核心價值！」更隔空喊話，請柯文哲不要再咬文嚼字，把「國家」分成兩個字來解析，認為柯文哲先前「國是中華民國、家是台灣」的言論是廢話，且指馬英九早在2011年就說過同樣的話，兩人根本毫無差異，也說柯文哲是學人精，到處抄襲別人。
王世堅在文章中表示，自己認為柯文哲的此番言論代表著柯文哲依舊在肖想2020的總統大位，也隔空對北高兩位市長問話，「台灣接受一個中國嗎？台灣是中國的一部分嗎？」他更在文末呼籲兩位市長正視自己的市政問題，兩岸關係並非兩都市長職責，市政推動應建立於中央的原則下，進行城市交流，若有其他想法，就是逾越了市長的分寸。

【台灣醒報記者楊蕓台北報導】「目前台鐵人力只有1萬3千人，至少要回到民國60年的2萬3千人水準才夠。」為抗議排班制度不合理，台鐵產業工會去年春節發動「依法休假」行動，拒絕國定假日出勤，如今屆滿一周年，台鐵卻仍未提出改善誠意，工會12日集結車站西2門抗議。工會秘書蕭農瑀表示，勞基法修法後，放寬輪班間隔至8小時，等於讓血汗班表合法化，唯有「補足人力」才能解決。
工會理事長王傑指出，勞基法修法後，「輪班間隔8小時」第一個開放的對象就是台鐵局，「以台鐵排班『日—夜—休』規則來看，將造成員工晚上10點下班後，隔天一早7點又要上班，扣除通勤時間，實際休息時間根本不滿8小時，對通勤員工相當不合理，」若員工不回家在外地休息，卻只能領2小時共176元的外站津貼，「這是以民國60年基本時薪訂出的水準，至少應比照現行工資計算。」
除了休息時數不足，近日台鐵和台鐵企業工會研商扣假辦法，也引發台鐵產工不滿。「目前員工請1天夜班須扣2天假，工會投訴勞檢後，台鐵局不但沒改善，還打算改成請1天夜班扣1.5天假」，但其他國營企業如台電、中油或科技業等，都是請1天假以8小時計算，只有台鐵是扣1.5天。工會主張，日、夜班請假應都只能扣1天假，雖然目前尚未定案，但呼籲台鐵局不要再罔顧員工權益。
「最核心的結構問題還是人力不足！」工會秘書蕭農瑀認為，目前台鐵總人力約有1萬3千人，但民國60年時有2萬3千名員工，幾十年來台鐵不斷增加區間車班次，加上台鐵捷運化帶來大量接駁人潮等，台鐵運量其實是逐年增加的，「人力至少要回到民國60年的水準，也就是要再增加1萬人才夠。」
台鐵表示，「為補足人力，行政院已核定台鐵3年內增額2818人，今年預估招募1907人。」但王傑仍認為，扣除大量退休潮，還是補不齊因運量持續成長而產生的人力缺口，「例如花蓮強震後各地湧現退票潮，台北站卻只開3個窗口處理，根本無力因應大量人潮。」
