《Love Actually is…》
雖然這兩首歌其實都很crappie, 但穿插在《真的戀愛了》(Love Actually) 中出現, 卻又變得生鬼可愛, 更收了點題之效。
導演用了十個不同的故事來說明一個訊息 – 要及時(在聖誕佳節)言愛。片子裡的故事有喜有悲, 有甜有酸, 而最教我印象深刻的, 除了Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) 的出現外, 就要數Sarah 與Karl的一段無奈戀情。
Sarah 暗戀公司裡的俊男Karl 良久, 但一直不敢親近, 總是默默的遠觀, 偷偷的盼望。後來有幸在公司的聖誕派對裡頭跟Karl 共舞, 更有一嚐雲雨情的機會, 但在「慶洽洽」的前戲時, Sarah那患有精神病的弟弟突然打電話來……最後Sarah都是選擇了親情, 放棄了與夢中情人發展的機會。
這不是「愛在心裡口難開」的無奈, 而是愛情 – 仁義兩難存的無助。雖然Karl如果是真的愛Sarah, 應該體諒她多一點, 但情慾終歸是情慾吧, 在那一刻, 沉重的心理負擔實在是可以很put off的。
故事說明, 勇敢的說「我愛你」並不能解決所有問題。對方有沒有被你/我的真情感動還是次要, 最怕是一點反應都沒有的那種表白; 叫人寂寞孤獨得連哭的理由都沒有。
話說回來, 要說的, 終歸都要說。坦承的面對自己感情, 也是尊重自己的一種表現。
