Heart 是西洋樂壇少見的女子姐妹搖滾樂團
從１９７０年代出道　雖然曾走過下坡
但由Ann & Nancy Wilson領軍的Heart 在８０年代中期又東山再起
並且得到更大的成功
１９８５的 〔Heart〕 &１９８７的 〔Bad Animals〕專輯皆在商業市場大獲全勝
不過我對她們的認識卻是１９９０年春天才開始的
當時她們剛推出大碟〔The Bridge〕

首支單曲為〔All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You〕
歌詞是描述一個尋找一夜情的女子
在事情結束後　希望對方忘掉她　就把兩人之間的事當成一場春夢
由於內容大膽　立刻轟動樂壇
並成為一夜情的代表經典
不過這首歌曲也相當動聽　在中板的抒情搖滾節奏中
主唱 Ann Wilson用她低沉渾厚的嗓音 不慍不火的演繹
並不會讓人有什麼色情的聯想
不曉得是否觸動美國人的心弦 這首歌曲大受歡迎　
可惜碰到當年美國最賣的單曲Madonna/〔Vogue〕 與年終冠軍Wilson Phillips〔Hold On〕
〔All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You〕以雙週亞軍飲恨
不過這首抒情搖滾登上成人榜 ＃６　主流搖滾榜亞軍　賣過金唱片
並在歐洲　亞洲　加拿大　澳洲獲得不錯成績
有些MV會根據歌詞的意義精心拍攝 將歌曲想表達的意義表達出來
〔All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To Love〕就是個很好的例子
這支音樂錄影帶以Heart 姐妹樂團演唱這首歌曲的鏡頭與一段按照歌詞拍攝的短片交織而成
片中描述一個開夜車的年輕女子在路上讓一個陌生男子搭便車
結果兩人到汽車旅館過了一夜
清晨時女子離去 留言告訴男子別找她了

他將永遠活在她的記憶之中

不過後來兩人不期而遇　男子發現女子手中抱著一個嬰兒　長得竟然與他很像
照歌詞看來　我猜應該是女子的老公或男友患有性無能或不孕

導致女子出外尋找慰藉與借種
結果女子懷孕生子　生下期望許久的寶寶

雖然自己不太確定

不知看過的人會如何解釋這段影片?
Anyway,　〔All I Wanna Do Is Make Love To You〕是首耐聽的歌曲

討好的旋律　流暢的節奏　讓這首抒情搖滾百聽不厭
