食記正文以前，請一起看一個電影片段，作為開場白。昆丁．塔倫提諾（Quentin Tarantino）1994年的作品〈黑色追緝令〉（Pulp Fiction）不但令他在好萊塢技驚四座，更贏得當年坎城影展（le Festival de Cannes）最佳影片金棕櫚獎（Palme d’Or）。該片相當著名的段落中，山繆．傑克遜（Samuel L. Jackson）飾演的Jules以及約翰．屈伏塔（John Travolta）飾演的Vincent闖進三個年輕人正在用餐的公寓。然後，山繆．傑克遜開始了堪稱他演藝生涯中最著名的演出。這跟食記有什麼關係？我也不知道。不過，想必不只是我，還有更許多影迷都在青少年時愛煞了這個片段。看在我把台詞整理出來還兼翻譯的份上，勞煩朋友們加減看一看。㊣下面是台詞以及翻譯（Marvin開門，Jules和Vincent走進公寓）Jules：Hey, kids, how’re you boys doing?
