Wild Grass is a collection of 23 prose poems written between 1924 and 1926, at about the same time the stories of Wandering were being written.作者簡介魯迅（1881–1936）　　本名周樹人，浙江紹興人，二十世紀中國文學巨人。早歲留日習醫，後棄醫從文。1918年的《狂人日記》為新文學運動第一篇白話小說；其後以「匕首」般雜文介入生活、干預現實，小說創作因而中輟，但兩部小說集《吶喊》、《彷徨》影響深遠，在二十世紀末海峽兩岸文壇，依舊迴響不斷。小說之外，魯迅的抒情散文《野草》也是新文學發展道路一大里程碑，不少論者更視之為新文學史上第一本「散文詩」。楊憲益、戴乃迭夫婦　　為當代中國譯壇大家，名著名譯，至為難得。此中英對照本尚有卜立德教授新序，以為導讀。
