built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.
The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The
side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. 山手線被國發會要求補正資料 中市府：林佳龍任內送審
對於交通部長林佳龍昨(18)日表示，台中山海環線計畫（山手線）被國發會退回，台中市長盧秀燕今(19)日指出，該計畫原由林部長在擔任台

盧秀燕今出席「台中市護理師護士公會第26屆第1次會員代表大會」活動後接受媒體訪問時指出，山海環線（山手線）原來計畫是由林部長在擔任台中市長任內的市府團隊所擬定，並且送到中央審核，至於為什麼會被退回，或是要求補正資料，也是透過媒體報導才得知，惟目前為止，台中市政府未收到相關公文及正式通知，所以無法評論，必須收到正式公文後，才能跟大家報告。

交通局也指出，會在收到行政院及交通部的正式審查意見公文後，再進行分析及評估，也希望中央考量地方的財政負擔，比照「台中都會區鐵路高架捷運化」計畫，全額補助經費；同時希望行政院能一次核定山海環線整體規劃，分年分階段編列補助經費，並由交通部鐵道局儘速啟動綜合規劃作業，以推動大台中的繁榮發展。
交通局表示，台中山海環線(山手線)計畫，是經前市府提案並於106年納入行政院前瞻基礎建設計畫，經交通部107年6月12日審查通過，並於同年11月9日轉陳行政院審議，目前由行政院審議中，惟國發會認為該計劃諸多疑義及文件尚須補正說明。

行政院長賴清德今天(20日)中午和民進黨立院黨團舉行行政立法協調會報，敲定立法院本會期優先法案清單。行政院共提出116項優先法案，其中包括中央政府總預算、新經濟移民法、重罰違法陸資修法，以及台灣人民領中國居住證的修法草案等41案被列為「最優先法案」。

禮物好康清德20日中午與民進黨立院黨團召開行政立法協調會報，討論立法院本會期優先法案清單。
行政院本會期提出116項優先法案，包括中央政府總預算、洗錢防制法修正草案、攸關延攬國際人才的新經濟移民法草案等振興經濟相關修法24案；強化建築物安全的建築法修正草案、打擊毒品的毒品危害防制條例修正草案等幸福家園相關修法18案。
另外，國家安全相關修法有5案被列為本會期「最優先法案」，包含強化退職人員出境管制的國家機密保護法修正草案；兩岸人民關係條例關於退離職公務員赴中管制年限、重罰違法陸資，和管制台灣人民領中國居住證的相關修法；以及強化保護高科技營業秘密的營業秘密法修法草案。
行政院發言人Kolas Yotaka (谷辣斯．尤達卡)表示，境外勢力進入台灣時必須接受相當程度的管制，政府不希望境外勢力以「溫水煮青蛙」的方式不斷滲透台灣。Kolas說：『(原音)我們不希望在境外的力量有透過各式各樣，包括訊息、媒體、傳媒傳遞，或是透過投資企業跟產業的手段，溫水煮青蛙式地不斷滲入台灣。我們希望我們的制度，透過法律修正，可以讓行政機關擁有更多法律工具，在面對這些疑似惡意、可能有政治目的來到台灣的經濟活動或政治活動，都可以受到適度管制。』
另外，假新聞議題近來成為關注焦點，賴清德也在會中責成政務委員羅秉成負責召集各部會討論如何避免不實訊息，並聽取立委意見；政院也強調政府立場是捍衛新聞自由。
針對國民黨立委揚言將杯葛賴揆21日的施政報告，Kolas也表示，希望立委冷靜、理性討論議題，不要因為張天欽個案就全面否認轉型正義的正當性；賴揆希望能完整報告施政方針和預算規劃。
