美河市案引發關注，總統馬英九28日在台北出席兒童節活動時，針對美河市案公文表示，公文上面是簽名章，不是簽名。前總統扁醫療小組發言人陳昭姿今(29)天表示，如果馬的說法成立，扁案是否要重新翻案?

台北市長柯文哲日前批評馬總統，當年市長任內對美河市案「什麼都不知道才是問題」。總統府發言人陳以信28日表示，該案屬「分層負責」，當年並非由馬市長決行。

台北市副發言人黃大維隔空回嗆，應先想清楚是前市長馬英九還是郝龍斌擔負「政治責任」，再對外說明。不過，馬總統也提到，他該負的政治責任，絕對不會逃避。

陳昭姿29日則日在臉書轉貼相關新聞並說，如果馬的說法成立，陳總統連簽章都沒出現，卻被以『實質影響力』判刑的龍潭案等，是否要重新翻案？
