和平醫院流感群聚事件 新增1例重症死亡

衛生福利部疾病管制署今指出，臺北市立聯合醫院和平院區流感群聚事件，新增1名重症死亡個案，整起群聚事件自1月10日起截至目前共計15名個案，含1名入院前已感染流感於住院後因重症死亡病患，總計相關接觸者合計共81名，將持續追蹤監測至2月2日。
疾管署指出，北市聯醫和平院區流感群聚事件，新增1名重症死亡個案，為原已被框列為接觸者的臺北市82歲女性，1月25日至26日陸續出現發燒及呼吸困難等症狀，流感快篩為A型流感陽性，診斷為肺炎，收治加護病房，並通報疑似流感併發重症，疾管署實驗室目前正在檢驗其病況惡化死因與流感相關性。
疾管署於24日協同北市衛生局赴和平院區實地查訪後，確認醫院已落實相關隔離、預防性投藥等感染管制措施，因此，疾管署暫不改變對該院區疫情應可獲控制的評估，但仍將持續協同專家團隊實地協助聯醫和平院區完成各項疫情控制工作。
八百壯士脫序》記者今晨又被潑尿拳擊 吳斯懷再度道歉

反年改團體夜宿立法院前，今天將持續進行抗爭，副指揮官兼發言人吳斯懷上午再度針對昨天的打人事件道歉，並下令八百壯士退縮到慢車道，將快車道還給市民恢復交通。不過稍早，清晨5點多時，又發生媒體記者被陳抗者攻擊，記者疑似被潑尿，同時也被拳頭攻擊。
反軍人年改團體昨（25）日下午試圖衝進立法院，過程
熱銷產品經典產品中，數度毆打多家媒體記者、員警。對此，八百壯士副指揮官吳斯懷、國民黨團昨晚10點在反年改團體帳篷前舉行記者會，黨團幹部們數度向媒體鞠躬道歉，強調未來將成立「糾察隊」，並呼籲毆打媒體記者的反年改人士出面自首。
今天清晨吳斯懷接受媒體訪問時再度表達歉意，並要求袍澤們要重視記者的採訪自由，並與記者保持安全距離，同時要求糾察隊注意，防止有心人藉機鬧事嫁禍八百壯士。
由於今天清晨5時30分一位帶有酒意的民眾與媒體衝突。吳斯懷立刻澄清，經查證這位民眾姓吳，65年次出生，身分並非八百壯士成員，今早有八百壯士袍澤看到他帶有酒意，甚至將尿液裝在寶特瓶中，並向媒體記者潑灑，這位記者起初以為是礦泉水，後來才驚覺是尿液，吳姓民眾已經被警方帶往博愛派出所偵訊，見證的袍澤不排除作證。
吳斯懷也抱怨，25日激烈的陳抗下，八百壯士方有百餘位袍澤受傷，有的小姆指斷裂，有的腦震盪，八百壯士陣營都有就醫紀錄；25日遭逮捕的63位袍澤目前仍未釋放出來，這些袍澤有的手腳膝蓋受傷，就是因為警方用束帶綁束所致。
