華航勞資協商破局 過勞航班成主因

華航勞資雙方在9日晚間協商破局，事隔一晚，機師工會理事長李信燕再度出面，強調雙方對於過勞航班的定義和糾結點，強調目前會再和幹部內部開會討論，二次協商時間也還未確定。交通部次長王國材則表示已經有傳訊給理事長，希望今日就能再次協商，但對方尚未回覆。

【台灣醒報記者陳睿仁台北報導】「沒有符合使用者需求的政策，將會變成災難政策！」時代力量黨團2日召開記者會批評，行政院強行推動托育政策。時代力量秘書長陳惠敏表示，政府提供的托育中心資訊不夠充足、且中央地方溝通不足，導致地方基層、家長和業者都不清楚政策內容，因此立意雖好，年輕父母卻「看得到用不到」。
陳惠敏表示，行政院強行推準公共化托育政策，卻未提供足夠的資訊給年輕父母。「目前雖然有全國教保資訊網，但資料並不齊全，因此儘管年輕爸媽有能力搜尋托育中心的資料，卻無法找到他們需要的資料。」時代力量市議員參選人吳佩芸補充，網站應讓家長將小孩送往托育中心之前，就能先了解此中心的相關資訊。
另一位市議員參選人林于凱以親身經歷為例說，他幾天前曾向高雄市教育局詢問準公共化托育政策相關問題，對方卻回答自己也不清楚。林于凱強調，行政院上月26日甫通過準公共化托育政策，本月1日就要實施，政策倉促上路會導致溝通衝突，「連地方基層承辦人員都不了解政策內容，更遑論家長。」
身為家長的時代力量市議員參選人吳韋達表示，政府政策雖說立意良善，卻因為急於推行而忽略掉地方實施政策時的困難。他以一般雙薪家庭為例，雙薪家庭必須在上班前

陳惠敏補充，政府目前態度是中央決定政策，地方再設法配合政策，這樣導致地方基層人員疲於配合中央，無法有效解決地方問題。陳惠敏建議，最好的方法應由地方先進行充分的討論，再交由中央制定策略。
