Today, the 16th of July, I saw Twiligh Samurai with a Japanese guy Yoshi. This is my first time to see a samurai film with traditional Japanese scene.真田廣之, he plays a samurai in an old fashion century, and he struggles with life and his mind. When the loyalty and the mind could not balance, how can he deal with? Finally, he choose to compromise and obey to his lord. Even though he cannot afford to acheive it, he still must do it. This is so-called spirit of samurai. Yoshi believes that nowadays Japanese teenagers lost the spirit which can help young persopn to be strong and brave. But he can still find out in Taiwan. He has very strong enthusiasm about Taiwanese democracy and even he admire Lee Teng Hui our privious president as a great person to improve Taiwanese democracy. I don't know if Lee Teng Hui do something for Taiwan but I do admire those reformers in the begining of Green party. Although they all leave green party now the spirit they last are still glittery. To star is always the hardest part. I appreciate those who instill the opinion of independence in Taiwan. As we know, someday, Taiwan should be strong and should have their own right to say something in the international stage. Becaue we don't want to be a orphan forever.
