柯文哲跟蔡英文握手後「秒擦8下」 名嘴曝真正原因
蔡英文總統與台北市長柯文哲13日在北門舉行「蔡柯會」，但2人會面互動相當冷淡，聽取簡報時也面色凝重，幕僚還因此遞紙條提醒要有互動，另外，還有眼尖的媒體人觀察到，柯文哲跟蔡英文握手完，竟立刻「擦了8下」，對此，資深媒體人黃暐瀚認為，其實這舉動是柯文哲要「回擊」蔡英文當天遲到15分鐘。
黃暐瀚日前在政論節目《關鍵時刻》分析，柯文哲握手完立刻擦8下的舉動，並不是因為「蔡總統有手汗」，而且柯文哲也沒有握手完就擦手的習慣，這時主持人劉寶傑也接著表示，若因柯文哲有亞斯伯格症，不善處理人際間的關係才有這舉動，那就無所謂，「但柯文哲誰不這個樣子，就針對總統這個樣子」。
不過今(14)日黃暐瀚又在臉書更新說法，表示當天蔡英文其實沒遲到，而是柯文哲「提早站出來」，至於擦手的舉動，是因為2人握手時蔡英文虧了一下柯「今天穿西裝喔！」眾所周知，柯市長平常衣著比較簡單，穿西裝算是「有大事」才會特別穿，因此柯文哲聽完後，才會邊笑邊摸西裝表示「早上陳佩琪叫我穿的啦！」黃暐瀚解釋，會擦8下的原因，「不是手汗也不是嫌惡，而是因為被虧了，可能有點不好意思的緣故」。
