【華人健康網記者黃曼瑩／台北報導】出國旅遊擔心吃不好、睡不好，壞了遊興，尤其是飛往有時差問題的國家，如果未先調整好時差，到達當地之後，就有可能出現昏昏欲睡、疲累不堪，甚至失眠等症狀。日本有一說，到達有時差的旅行地點，想早點入眠，可多攝取碳水化合物較豐富的食物；如果要維持清醒，可攝取蛋白質與脂肪含量較高的食物。是真的嗎？來聽營養師怎麼說。
【調時差的事前準備方法】：網路人氣產品top102018熱門產品調時差在事前有什麼準備方法？高敏敏營養師表示，出發前一週應規律作息、睡眠充足：上飛機前數日，除了要睡眠充足以外，還應避免熬夜，甚至過度飲酒。
另外，要預先調整睡眠時間：
＊往東飛的航程：例如：由台灣飛往夏威夷，時間會變短，可在3天前，每天都提早1小時上床睡覺（提早睡）。
＊往西飛的航程：時間變多，3天前開始，每天晚1.5小時睡覺（晚點睡）。
【調時差開始進行的方法】：1.上飛機後，馬上將手錶調整為目的地的時間，並開始以當地的時間來調整作息。
2.飛機上的飲食也要特別注意，避免吃太油膩的食物或吃得太飽，以免增加腸胃不適，喝不含酒精及咖啡因的飲料(如：喝白開水或果汁)，來防止因機艙乾燥造成的身體脫水。
3.在飛機上的睡眠，可以依目的地的時間來準備入睡。
4.在機艙走廊來回行走，或在座位做手腳伸展運動。
