parking brake on the push bar is easy to use with only one hand. 基隆河染紅 印刷廠偷排油墨廢水遭查獲
民眾9日舉報汐止區大同路一段南陽大橋附近基隆河段，有不明管線持續排放紫紅色廢水，新北市環保局稽查人員立即趕赴現場，經過地毯式搜索後，查獲污染元凶是位於汐止環河街的印刷業者「百吉紙器公司」，除立即禁止繼續排放外，也依水污染防治法告發，最重將處新臺幣300 萬元罰鍰。
環保局表示，高濃度紫紅色廢水若大量流入基隆河，將造成河川溶氧下降，以及色度增加等問題，對魚體及河川生態都可能造成不良影響。並指污染河段附近也曾接獲數次類似的檢舉，然而因稽查員到場時，都已看不到污染無功而返，此次可以順利抓獲污染業者，有賴當地熱心民眾第一時間的迅速報案，讓稽查員能快速抵達現場並掌握違法跡證，始能將兇手繩之以法。
