large canopy with additional built-in sun visor as well as the

春節大啖美食，肚子圓了一圈，年後控制體重，要把握消除脂肪的黃金期，新光醫院營養師蘇妍臣指出，根據研究，長假後國人平均增加0.5至2公斤，若能在一周內盡速代謝，就能成功打擊大腹翁、小腹婆。
蘇妍臣建議，飯前先喝500cc的水，避免飲食過量；重要的是戒斷零食，嘴饞時改水果替代，一餐水果建議一個拳頭大，若想讓腸胃休息可進行一周兩天輕斷食，一天吃500至800卡熱量即可。
北投老爺酒店物理治療組組長陳若喬建議，每周運動五次，每次30分鐘即可；可從10分鐘開始，慢慢拉長，不一定要去健身房，從躺在沙發看電視，改成站著踏步或墊腳輕跳，都算簡單運動。
陳若喬建議三組動作收心操，在家就能輕鬆伸展。
第一招，側抬腿運動，透過保護膝蓋，訓練臀中肌。分解動作1：手扶桌椅固定身體，單腳慢慢往側邊抬高，停留30秒後再慢慢站立。2：重複10次後，換邊再練10次。
第二招，腿部拉筋運動，陳若喬說，足部疼痛會影響行動力，放鬆腿後肌可讓雙腿更耐走，預防足底筋膜炎。分解動作1：挺直脊椎站立，雙手扶牆。2：膝蓋微彎呈弓箭步，後腿打直，腳跟貼平地面，維持30秒後換腳，重複五次。
第三招，大腿肌力運動，有人體第二個心臟之稱的大腿有力後，就能幫心臟推動血液回流。分解動作：1坐著脊椎打直，挺胸，2慢慢站立，膝蓋呈30度半蹲維持脊椎挺直約30秒後在慢慢坐下，重複10次。

一位80多歲的華裔耆老，日前在長島納蘇郡(Nassau County)韋斯特伯里(Westbury)騎行電單車時，被一輛汽車撞飛，頭部嚴重受創，後送往附近醫院急救，但由於車禍造成他肺部感染，傷勢嚴重，如今僅有些許意識，不能開口說話。
根據警方消息，83歲的王姓華裔長者本月20日上午11時30分左右，騎行一輛電單車在梅里克大道(Merrick Avenue)的東側單車道上向南行駛，遭到一輛向南行駛BMW汽車的撞擊。
警方表示，肇事司機是一名55歲的男性，他在左轉進入艾森豪公園(Eisenhower Park)的入口公園大道時，撞上了王姓華翁。
警方表示，王姓騎士遭受撞擊時，頭部先撞地，遭到嚴重創傷，隨後送往當地醫院急救，傷勢嚴重。警方稱，肇事司機並未受傷，事故發生後，警方檢查肇事車輛的剎車和其他安全項目，該案仍在審理中。
王先生的女兒王玲28日表示，父親當日遭遇車禍後，她立即從餐館趕往醫院，「當時菜還沒上齊，立刻趕去」；她還說，父親18年前從中國上海移民來美，事發後六天就是父親84歲的生日，卻不料發生意外；但由於父親尚未完全甦醒，她並不了解事發時的經過。
她表示，為減輕父親車禍後的疼痛感，院方曾給父親打鎮定劑以緩解疼痛。
利普捷律師樓日前受理該案訴訟，該律師樓亞裔市場副總監馮緣表示，雖然王先生目前已有些許意識，但至今無法開口說話；他也說，由於王先生曾在30多歲時切除一片肺葉，這次車禍造成王先生肺部感染，傷勢並不樂觀。
馮緣說，由於王先生發生意外時，騎乘電單車並未購買保險，因此目前只能著手對於肇事司機的起訴，要求相應索賠。
