Conforms to standard:The iZi Modular RF i-Size is part of the innovative modular system for child car seats by the manufacturer BeSafe. This 3-in-1 concept consists of an infant car seat and the successor car seat which both use the same base.
With only one hand, you can easily click the BeSafe rear-facing car seat onto the iZi Modular i-Size base. The support foot with visual and acoustic indicator contributes to the correct installation of the base. The special extension mechanism of the base creates
ample legroom for your little passenger even when driving in a rear-facing mode. Thanks to its low weight, transferring the car seat from one car into another is particularly easy.
The Isofix installation of this child safety seat system ensures maximum safety. The SIP+ (Side Impact Protection) which is to be attached to the door side of the child car seat, absorbs the energy that occurs in the event of a side impact and guides it away from your child.
A 2-piece seat reducer as well as the
headrest that can be adjusted in 10 different levels provide your little one with perfect comfort and the best protection in every stage of their growth. Thanks to the

今年春節連續假期長達9天，不少人都安排出國遊玩，但出國最怕突發大小病得就醫，健保署提醒，出國期間如果發生不可預期的緊急傷病，必須在國外院所立即就醫者，可在門、急診治療當日或出院之日起6個月內，向投保單位所在地的健保署各分區業務組申請核退費用，核退金額採「審查後核實」支付。
至於國人在海外最常發生什麼毛病呢？健保署統計106年數字顯示，國人在國外最常發生不可預期的緊急傷病前5名，分別：為急性上呼吸道感染、急性支氣管炎、腎衰竭、牙齒相關疾病及扁桃腺炎。
健保署指出，核退金額是以前一季支付國內特約醫院及診所的平均費用為核退上限，最近一季核退金額上限，分別為門診每次962元、急診每次2843元、住院每日5845元。
正因為如此，一旦出國到的是醫療費用相對較高的國家，民眾就有可能無法全額核退，健保署也建議民眾可考慮加買海外突發疾病醫療險等，以補其不足。
健保署提醒，申請時應檢附自墊醫療費用核退申請書（可至健保署全球資訊網站下載）、醫療費用收據正本及費用明細、診斷書、當次出入境證明文件影本；如為住院案件者，另檢附出院病歷摘要，而在大陸地區住院5日（含5日，但出院日不列入計算）以上的核退申請案件的診斷書及醫療費用收據正本，需先至大陸地區公證處辦理公證，再持公證書正本向海峽交流基金會辦理驗證後，再提出申請。

一名孕婦21日在曼哈頓時報廣場(Times Square)旁的旅館內突然臨產，撥打911求助後，在趕來的市警和市消防局急救人員協助下，順利生下一名男嬰；而主導此次英勇救援的警員和消防局急救人員，為華裔兄弟潘恩傑和潘恩豪。
據市警指出，21日下午12時40分許接到911報警，位於時報廣場八大道交43街的威斯汀酒店(Westin)內，一名孕婦突然臨產；在附近巡邏的市警時報廣場分局警員首先趕到現場協助在浴室內已臨盆的產婦，隨後在趕來的消防局急救人員幫助下，產婦順利誕下一名男嬰，母子平安。
最先和拍檔接報趕來的為華裔警員潘恩傑；他事後回憶，進入酒店房間時現場一片混亂，白人孕婦在酒店浴缸中，男嬰已快生出來，「我知道我必須讓所有人先冷靜下來。」
潘恩傑說，在2014年加入市警之前，自己是護理人員；具有一定醫療知識的他指導產婦深呼吸並用力，男嬰沒多久就出生，潘恩傑則用手按住臍帶，等候專業急救人員趕到。
而潘恩傑服務於市消防局急救部門(EMS)弟弟潘恩豪，不僅同服務於時報廣場分部，當日恰好也當班；「我們趕到後，看到我哥哥潘恩傑已在酒店浴室，陪在產婦身旁。」潘恩豪說，當時男嬰已出世，他上前剪掉臍帶，讓產婦和嬰兒保持溫暖，並讓他們吸氧，隨後送至附近醫院，而哥哥潘恩傑也陪同前往。
因市
特價產品警和市消防局急救人員的即時趕到，母子平安，男嬰則已取名為「Jackson」；據悉，產婦來自皇后區阿斯托利亞(Astoria)，前一日因預產期來臨而到時報廣場附近的西奈山醫院準備生產，但當時被告知臨產還早，讓她選擇可住院也可回家等候；於是她和家人選擇在附近的酒店住下，誰料次日突然生產，來不及上醫院，只能在酒店房間撥打911求助。
潘恩傑和潘恩豪兄弟是從馬來西亞移民來美的華裔，31歲的潘恩傑從警已四年半，23歲的潘恩豪則加入市消防局急救部門四年。
潘恩傑說，祖父是馬來西亞警察，因此從警是自己的夢想；此次和弟弟聯手施救，他表示非常興奮，已有一名兩歲半兒子的他，能和兄弟一起協助新生命的誕生，感到開心不已。
