Conforms to the norm:The elegant Tazio adapts perfectly to any developmental stage of your child. When used as a group 1 child safety seat, you can easily narrow the
spacious seat by using a special insert. This way, the Tazio is particularly comfortable for small passengers and can be extended for taller children later on. The
height-adjustable headrest as well as the wide backrest provide the best sitting and lying comfort while being adjustable into four different lying positions with only one hand and without disturbing your child. The energy-absorbing shell and the headrest provide the best side impact protection in case of an accident.

在白宮重燃對華貿易戰火時，人們忘記了歐盟正面臨一場空前的危機：川普延長關稅豁免期限到明天截止。
如果美歐貿易戰也開打，歐洲當然損失更大。但如我此文所寫的，歐洲可能再一次鳳凰涅槃，成為另一個更公正更良善的「西方」。
三月七日，瑞典前首相卡爾?比爾德（Carl Bildt）在推特上，針對川普的貿易戰發了一則推文：On transatlantic trade relations, it all sounds like the summer of 1914。在他眼裡，眼前的跨大西洋貿易關係，與1914年的夏天——第一次世界大戰爆發時的氣氛很相似。
兩個多月過去，時局發展證明這位前首相所預言的歐美衝突並不誇張。美國總統川普在撕毀貿易協議後，又退出伊朗核協議，令歐美之間的矛盾激發，分裂趨勢從量變轉向了質變。為此，歐洲理事會主席悲憤地宣稱：有川普這樣的朋友，歐洲已經不需要敵人了。
對此我們要看到的是，冰凍三尺非一日之寒，大西洋兩岸的裂痕由來已久，早在2003年伊拉克戰爭時就見端倪。雖然歐美是有長期合作關係的親密盟友，但美國共和黨從小布希到川普，其一意孤行的單邊主義愈發咄咄逼人，這就不可避免地，與堅持平等包容、民主協商、自由公正及多邊主義的歐洲產生矛盾。這一次，歐美從經貿衝突發展到地區戰略的激烈碰撞。歐洲被迫公開地與美國割席而坐。

被擅長破壞的川普扇了一記又一記耳光，哀鴻遍野之後，曾拼命向美國陪笑臉搖橄欖枝的歐洲，終於明白過來了：幾十年前的那個在國際上支持正義、投身人道主義事業、並促進世界共同利益的美國已遙遙遠去。從伊戰到伊核協議，美國一脈相承的單邊主義，宣告大西洋聯盟已經破裂。對一個信奉強權與國家主義的惡霸，無論怎樣的懇求與陳情都無濟於事。
壓垮駱駝的最後一根稻草是，歐盟與各方面努力多年簽訂的伊核協議被美國撕毀。在這個事件上，美國幾乎是重蹈前轍，其錯誤與2003年的伊戰相似。例如，都是無依據地誤判形勢，違背協議蔑視規則，繞過聯合國單方面行使權力，拒絕歐洲「通過接觸達到轉變」的原則，毫不顧及自己給他國造成的危險後果。在歐洲看來，這是對中東和平的破壞，也是對歐洲的傷害，是完全不能接受的。
面臨根本走向上的分水嶺，歐洲不能不正視自己與美國關係的前途。5月10日，德國總理默克爾在向馬克龍頒發勳章時表示：「指望依靠美國保護我們的時代已經結束了」，「歐洲要自己掌握自己的命運」。
5月17日，歐盟28國在保加利亞索非亞舉行峰會，確定了歐盟的立場，對美國任性妄為的單邊主義作出了戰略性的回答：歐盟各國將在任何場合，在關稅與伊朗問題上，都團結一致捍衛歐盟，同仇敵愾地與川普蠻幹的做法抗爭到底。
至此，被歐洲學者議論了多年的「兩個西方」：一個是美國為首的「西方」，一個是歐盟為代表的「西方」，已經正式擺出分庭抗禮的陣式。
當川普執政的那個美國迷戀陶醉於自己的強大，倨傲地強調「美國優先」，宣稱退出多個國際協議並背棄盟友時，他們不知道，美國之所以能在二戰後保持世界領袖的優越地位，美元得以長期堅挺，這都是由於美國廣泛參與了「世界治理」，獲得了各國的擁護支持。如今他們卻要放棄自己當初所創建的一切。這樣的愚蠢，不會是沒有代價的。
另一個更為良善公正的西方——歐洲，將為維護國際間「基於規則的秩序」付出最大的努力。至今已有六十年歷史的歐洲，或許在硬實力上不如美國，但其價值追求和道義感召力是一種不可輕視的軟實力。
當德、英、法三國正當盛年的領導人，友愛地並肩走在保加利亞會議的春風裡，我不禁感謝起川普來了。是他的無理威逼，召喚出一個珍視合作與和平、維護人類共同利益，充滿獨立自信而又能引領世界的新歐洲。（推薦閱讀：瑞典來鴻》離婚不離家，歐盟助梅姨槓普京）
