暑假常鬧血荒 王金平偕義消捐熱血
【台灣醒報記者蔡岳宏台北報導】「捐熱血，展愛心！捐發票，助偏鄉！」前立法院長王金平19日號召義消於北市228公園捐血車一同捐血，響應「一顆凡心動善念，萬袋熱血展愛心?活動。王金平表示，暑假期間台灣常缺血，鼓勵民眾30日踴躍捐血，達成1日1萬袋血量的目標。前立法委員許舒博宣導，民眾捐血之餘能捐發票助偏鄉學童。台灣血液基金會公關處長黎蕾提醒，民眾捐血前應注意飲食與睡眠，確保血液健康。
王金平國會辦公室19日協同救國團，以及義消總會、消防發展基金會、財團法人人壽保險文教基金會等社會各界攜手合作，決定在6月30日星期六的上午，在全國各縣市舉辦「一顆凡心動善念，萬袋熱血展愛心?捐血活動，同時與壽險基金會合作，一同捐熱血展愛心，捐發票助偏鄉。王金平表示，由於少子化緣故，年輕人捐血量不足，鼓勵年輕人踴躍加入捐血救人的行列。
「暑假期間，校園捐血車因為缺乏學生捐血，許多民眾去特定國家旅遊後也無法立即捐血，血庫常發生缺血情況。」黎蕾表示，加上天氣炎熱，民眾捐血意願低，目前血庫大約只有10天庫存量，雖然比安全庫存量的7天還多，「台灣1天用掉6800袋血，1日1萬袋捐血量其實不多。」血液基金會希望透過這次捐血活動，能將血液庫存量增加至12天。
許舒博表示，30日活動當天全台將有60個捐血處，包括澎湖等外島地區，民眾捐血還能領取福袋，希望藉由王院長拋磚引玉的方式，鼓勵民眾捐熱血做公益。另外，這次活動與財團法人人壽保險文教基金會合作，將收集捐血民眾捐贈的發票，資助偏鄉孩童國中3年學費，許舒博提醒，民眾捐血時記得攜帶發票做公益。
黎蕾提醒捐血民眾，捐血前應注意飲食均衡，保持心情愉快與充足睡眠，捐血後應補充點心，休息10分鐘後再離去。
