【台灣醒報記者謝明晏台北報導】紫斑病藥物健保給付限制多，病友及家屬希望健保署針對藥物給付標準能夠降低。時代力量黨主席黃國昌13日表示，相當多的紫斑病友都面臨財務困境，病友家屬除了要照顧家人外，還要負擔龐大的藥物費用。根據《全民健保雙月刊》指出，血小板增生劑（eltrombopag）每粒1344元，一個月藥費超過8萬。
紫斑症指的是紅血球從微血管滲透，造成皮膚或黏膜出血。而引發紫斑症的原因有許多種，而最常見的是血小板減少所引起的，血小板不足會導致血液滲透卻無法凝固，使得皮下傷口出血不止，導致皮下「紫斑」莫名的出現。
病友李小姐表示，紫斑病患較可負擔藥物為類固醇，而服用類固醇的副作用太多，長期施打類固醇導致她的體重增加且造成內分泌失調，甚至罹患糖尿病和庫欣氏症。然而副作用較小的藥物「血小板增
限定折扣價網拍熱門產品生劑（eltrombopag）」及「免疫球蛋白（IVIG）」，健保僅給付給脾臟切除後且對於其他治療失敗的病人，或對於不適合進行脾臟切除之成年病人，以及合併血小板數目嚴重低下 (＜20,000/cumm)且必須接受外科手術治療之成年病人。
紫斑病副作用小的用藥「血小板增生劑」及「免疫球蛋白」兩項健保給付標準在於病患受到生命危險的緊急狀況。病童家屬薛先生說明，自己的孩子一歲半發病，但卻不能列入罕見疾病。若要用藥，就必須要把脾臟移除，才能得到健保支持，經濟負擔相當龐大。然而紫斑病症無法立即明辨出血狀況，對病患而言任何時刻都可能是生命危險。
「若要將這兩類用藥調整健保給付標準，需要等待藥品許可證應證，並請各方專家學者開會評估。」健保署藥審及藥材專員黃兆杰說。血小版增生劑原是沒有給付在小孩身上的，而今年藥廠申請並且健保給付開放給小孩使用，免疫球蛋白今年也健保開放給付給懷孕婦女。黃國昌說，健保給付用藥標準正在開會重新研討，能夠聽到這些病友的心聲，在所有給付的總和項目下進行合理的控制。
