Hauck's highchair Alpha+ is very sturdy and stable and thus stands out as the ideal highchair for children up to an age of 12 years. Featuring a maximum weight capacity of 90 kg, the Alpha+ is perfect for being used far beyond your little one's childhood years.
The wooden highchair Alpha+ which grows with your child also features a front bar, a five-point harness as well as a crotch strap. Seat unit and footboard can be adjusted in height and depth so that the highchair adapts perfectly to the current developmental stage of your child. 紐約州教師衡量體系改變 不看學生州考成績
期中選舉結束，民主黨在州議會過半，給教育體系帶來震盪；紐約州教育理事會(Board of Regents)日前宣布，教師衡量仍不以學生州考成績為參考，並將考慮立法改變師資衡量體系。
2017年，以民主黨控制的州眾議會通過法案，規定教師的「年度專業評估」(annual professional performance review)不以學生州考成績衡量，但該法案被以共和黨控制的州參議會否決；然而期中選舉後，州參議會翻藍，民主黨將可能再次考慮改變教師衡量標準，並立法改變教育體系。
目前，教師「年度專業評估」以校長評價和學生的學術成就為衡量標準，而州法規定，學生州考成績也要納入教師衡量體系，但紐約州教育理事會三年前出台規定，停止將學生州考成績作為「年度專業評估」的參考標準。
該規定將於2019年6月30日到期，日前紐約州教育理事會總監羅沙(Betty Rosa)宣布，計畫將該規定延長一年，以獲得足夠的時間來考慮調整教師衡量體系。
羅沙表示，計畫利用的一年時間聽取學校教師、校長和教育人士的聲音，她表示，紐約州教育理事會需要「認真考慮『年度專業評估』未來的方向」，真正解決「長期被政治主導的教育議題」。
三年前紐約州教育理事會停止用學生州考成績衡量教師水平，紐約市便出台單獨的衡量體系，用學生在校成績衡量師資，以達到全面衡量師資水平，保證教學質量；但如今，民主黨控制州議會，教師衡量體系將可能再次面臨衝擊。
