每日健康/ 採訪報導 林宏軒好物分享選購指南情人節即將來臨，許多年輕男女都會購買保險套避孕，因此保險套銷量往往會倍增。保險套的確是不錯的避孕觀念，如果有「全程使用」的話，也就是說在洞口摩擦的階段，就有戴套，基本上防禦的能力可說是很高，除了避免性病，也避免許多年輕男女還沒有存夠錢，孩子就跑出來了。

潤滑很重要，但是要慎選不過性這件事，如果女性的陰道分泌物不夠多。往往會造成所謂的性交疼痛，而這類疼痛常常使女性打退堂鼓。甚至性行為到一半，因為疼痛而喊停，非常掃性。
這時候有些男性會異想天開，曾有民眾認為保險套潤滑度不佳，自行添加嬰兒油、精油等增加滑度，但是食藥署今特別呼籲此舉反而會增加保險套破掉的機率。
食藥署闢謠專區針對網路謠傳嬰兒油也有潤滑效果一事做一澄清，食藥署表示，市售的保險套多為乳膠材質，嬰兒油、護膚油、按摩精油等，都屬於油性的潤滑劑，乳膠材質無法與油性的潤滑劑相容，且非常可能破壞乳膠保險套的完整性，甚至會破裂。

油性水性差很大民眾若想要額外增加潤滑度，建議使用水性潤滑劑，在購買潤滑劑時，也應多問店家，是否為水性或油性；另外使用潤滑劑潤滑保險套前，應先確認保險套材質及依原廠使用說明使用。當然也有保險套是用合成材質，應依據廠商的使用說明決定可使用之潤滑劑種類。
同步，購買保險套時，也應該多看一下保憲套外觀有無破損、變形、產品是否過期、製造廠商名稱、地址、許可證字號等資訊是否完整等才可以避免破裂。
