臺北捷運公司表示，受到蘇迪勒超過12級強陣風影響，貓纜位於動物園站到指南宮站間有3處「控制用電纜」、及2處「安全線」傳輸纜線下垂或斷裂，貓空纜車動員近40名維修人員、及4位高空作業專業廠商，克服困難搶修，即使受到落雷干擾影響，在高空惡劣工作環境下，還是完成2處「安全線」修復，以及3處塔柱間的「控制用電纜」垂掛復原鎖固作業。
