? Please observe silence especially in the common areas – hallway and lobby. Keep noise level at a minimum inside the unit.
? Insert your room key card in the wall slot upon entering the room and the lights can be turned on. And removed upon departing and it will automatically go off.
? Throw the garbage in the proper trash bins provided.
? Do not dispose solid food leftover in the sinks or toilet bowl.
? Smoking and cooking inside this unit is strictly prohibited.
? Do not hang anything in the balcony area.
? Turn off/unplug unused electrical appliances; turn off the main switch when going out for a long time.
? Please take good care of everything in the apartment
? Upon leaving the unit, please be considerate to arrange the things back to their original places as you've seen them.

「2017台中春季國際旅遊大展」自２月17日起連續４天於臺中中時國際會展中心熱鬧登場，臺北館本次以「台北喜新戀舊」為概念，適逢春天臺北花季為主題，邀請民眾一窺臺北市內的當季當令限定美食、老街區等。
這次臺北市主題館除了有臺北大稻埕區深度漫遊介紹，每日活動中還邀請到知名旅遊達人和部落客與民眾分享最愛的臺北私房景點；劉克襄老師推薦慢火熬煮的臺北滷肉飯養成術、神級單車達人茶花小屋的單車賞花遊程、以及旅遊部落客肉魯分享現在最夯的臺北雙層觀光巴士遊程、楊東憲老師述說古蹟老廟的前世今生，達人推薦的美食及豐富遊程介紹盡在臺北館。
趣味互動感受臺北
臺北館精心設置有不同專區；臺北喜新戀舊DIY專區，邀請文青主廚楊盛堯帶大家從認識食材開始，真正了解臺北飲食文化，讓食物說出屬於在地的故事。而手工藝達人黃瑋瑤以大稻埕傳統產業為概念，透過手工製作生活小物，感受出在地故事。臺北世大運專區則以趣味的互動模式展現年輕活力，更有臺北喜新戀舊許願小卡活動，現場還有鉛字印刷體驗讓民眾DIY，掛置裝置藝術牆區。

（中央社記者韋樞台北17日電）去年房市冷颼颼，全台家戶購屋比僅2.9%，創下民國81年以來24年的新低紀錄。房仲表示，全國各縣市購屋比最高的前十區中以桃園市占4席最多，最高的是桃園龜山區的10.2%。
太平洋房屋副總經理章克勤表示，去年全台家戶購屋比僅2.9%，每百戶中不到3戶購屋，創下24年來的歷史新低，比次低點2015年的3.5%還少了0.6個百分點，買氣低迷不振。
太平洋房屋統計2016年六都各行政區的家戶購屋比，前十名中以桃園市的買氣最佳，入榜的前5名是桃園市龜山區的10.2%、新北市淡水區7.2%、新北市金山區7.0%、新北市林口區6.8%、台中市北區5.6%。
第6名到第10名是高雄市楠梓區5.5%、桃園市八德區5.3%、桃園市楊梅區5.2%、桃園市中壢區5.2%、高雄市前金區5.2%。台北市、台南市均無任何行政區入榜。
章克勤指出，桃園市龜山區在這頹勢中異軍突起衝上10.2%，主要是受惠桃園機場捷運A7站合宜住宅的完工交屋。其他行政區因為受新建案交屋貢獻，或是有各式建設且房價親民的地區，例如新北市林口區及桃園市中壢區，區域發展成熟，生活機能完善，加上有機場捷運線經過，才會受到自住買方的青睞，家戶購屋比分別為6.8%、5.2%，買盤相對穩定。
章克勤說，前十大家戶購屋比的行政區，新北市和桃園市佔7席，台北市卻連1席都沒有，名次最高的萬華區，家戶購屋比3.1%，更遠遠落在第47名，顯見台北市量能落至谷底的頹勢。1060217
