The amount of people living and working at higher altitude has grown thanks to the improvements weve manufactured in engineering with new road, rail and air programs weve been easily able to commute to higher environments but how is this planning to affect us especially our health?

Its been estimated that in the west of the U.S alone as much as 30 million individuals either travel or live at levels over 5000 feet. But can we function as well up there as we can at sea levels. We all know that the body requires oxygen to function, typical air contains about 2o% oxygen but as we increase in elevation the levels of oxygen lowers in proportion and we find that our lungs have to work harder to take in exactly the same volume. Should people hate to be taught further on go here, we know about millions of libraries people should investigate. The issues from lack of air or altitude nausea can range from blackouts to severe conditions of seizures and coma. We discovered privacy by browsing webpages. The human body does adapt to the changes with time by increasing the amount of red cell production but how else can our anatomies be affected?

Research was done on a group of climbers who had moved to Everest and after a year, it was found that 13 out of the 16 couldnt tap their fingers as fast as they can ahead of the climb, these finding wasnt just limited to this group other studies also on elite climbers found the they also experienced this problem for between 2-10 months after climbing in thin air. You might be thinking, Well thats climbers that got nothing to do with me but also at 12,000 foot your bodys air level can be so low that if your body was like this at sea level you would be entitled to health care bills.

So..what does mean for your requirements? Should you pack your oxygen tank for that skiing weekend break? Most likely not. But your body is expected by dont to perform along with it does at sea level!.
