- The Senior Specialist of HR Shared Services will play an integral role in the success of the HR Department and will partner with all of the HR functions. The Sr. Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness, efficiency and compliancy requirements of HR operational processes. Lead or participate operations/system enhancement projects, and provide HR related analytics based on business needs.

? Deliver HR services, procedures and processes that are considered value added and measurable.

? Responsible for risk management and compliancy requirements of HR process.

? Utilize and understand HR systems to streamline processes and achieve deliverables.

? Interact and work closely with all HR functions to identify deliverable gaps and possible solutions.

? Lead or participates HRSS projects.
