🏺 The container of culture and life: meeting in the same time and space
In this work, contemporary artist Lu Lan-Hsin intertwines traditional vocabulary with modern geometric colors layer by layer, and explores the carriers of culture, time and life.
"Every culture is looking for a container."
"Some people engrave it into words, some people compose it into melodies, some people collect it in utensils, and art makes them meet in the same time and space."
The elegant overlapping gourd outline in the center of the painting not only carries the blessing of the oriental traditional "Fulu", but also looks like a container for time and soul; the background is a geometric checkered pattern like black and white keys, which brings rhythmic movements to the vision.
🎶 Dialogue of listening to each other: don't be in a hurry to define, no need to translate
If you are careful about the details of the micro picture, you can see the extremely rich visual vocabulary mixed with each other:
Multicultural meeting: the wind of the grassland, the light of the city, the mysterious symbolic text and the contemporary full color, elegantly dialogue on the canvas.
