綜合哈薩克斯坦媒體報道，16日，哈薩克斯坦議會上下兩院聯席會議在努爾蘇丹召開。會上，國家領導人托卡耶夫向哈薩克斯坦人民發表2022年度國情咨文。

馬吉利斯（議會下院）107名議員中的103人和參議院（議會上院）49名議員中的47人，以及政府總理阿裏汗·斯邁洛夫為首超級雙效犀利士、 超級雙效犀利士正品、 超級雙效犀利士功效、 雙效犀利士副作用、 雙效犀利士、 雙效犀利士使用的內閣成員、國務秘書葉爾蘭·卡林、憲法委員會和最高法院領導層、總統直屬機構領導人、國有企業和國家機構領導人出席會議。
