Featuring a restaurant, Appart'City Confort Montpellier Ovalie II offers self-catering apartments and studios in Montpellier, 2.5 km from the city centre. The property is 600 metres from Yve-du-Manoir Stadium and a 15-minute walk from a Villeneuve d’Angoulême Tram Stop.
Apartments and studios at Appart'City Confort Montpellier Ovalie II have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, WiFi and wired Internet access, a sofa, a desk and a safety deposit box. The bathrooms have a bath or shower, free toiletries and a toilet.
There is a kitchenette that comes with a microwave, a stovetop and a refrigerator. A supermarket is just 250 metres from the property.
Other facilities like laundry facilities are offered. If you feel like visiting the surroundings, check out The Corum Conference Centre (3.2 km).
Les Sabines tram stop is only 1 km from the property. Montpellier - Mediterranee Airport is located 8 km away.

For stays from 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning is included from the seventh night.
For stays from 28 days, cleaning service will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning might be provided at extra cost.
Guests are required to show the credit card used to book upon check-in. The property will also send a document to the guest after booking, which needs to be shown at check-in. Please note that the card holder must be the guest who made the reservation.

今（15）日，獵豹移動與雪豹科技共同舉辦「2017行動影音廣告趨勢論壇」，獵豹移動共同創辦人肖潔表示，目前正是後行動時代，使用者App使用數量逐漸縮減，調查發現，60%智慧型手機使用者，一個月下載不到一個App。
肖潔解釋，App使用越來越固定，例如台灣民眾就是LINE、Facebook、Youtube，大陸民眾則是微信、微博、頭條，並且App內容開始跨平台整合，Facebook已經與許多新聞產製業者，簽約購買內容投放。
另一方面肖潔提到，App服務從手機或電腦上，轉向現實環境，例如大陸現在相當熱門的共享單車，就是用手機App掃描QR code啟用，並且大陸還有共享充電站與共享雨傘等服務，都是讓App服務能有效擴大。
不僅於此，App內的應用程式也可能成為發展趨勢，例如微信小程序，開發者能在微信平台下，開發應用程式供人使用，解決手機適用性測試困難；如何抓住使用者破碎化時間，將會大幅提升App實用性，更容易推廣。
芒果是民眾在夏天絕對不能不吃的水果之一，尤其來碗冰冰涼涼的芒果冰，更是超級享受。但一名網友日前卻在臉書「爆廢公社3館」貼出一段影片，只見原本這顆愛文芒果看起來和一般芒果沒有兩樣，但轉動以後才發現，它的形狀竟激似女性生殖器，讓其他網友看了都笑稱「它是母的！」。
原PO在臉書「爆廢公社3館」發文，寫道「這個愛文...好像哪裡怪怪的！」影片中可見，這顆芒果看似正常，但轉動一看才發現，芒果竟出現特別形狀，宛如女性生殖器一般，讓不少網友看了瞬間笑翻。
影片一出，立刻掀起熱烈討論，網友紛紛留言「看不出來哪裡怪，我只知道它是母的」、「我懂了這顆是母的」、「不要玩芒果，你有想過芒果的感受嗎？」；也有網友認真回應，「就裂果而已啊，削掉一樣也是可以吃啊！」。
