Very comfortable shoe that has become my daily pair. Love the sock-like fit. They're minimal enough to wear with no-shows in the summer and warm enough to wear through winter. Added bonus is that Nike keeps introducing new colors. Only criticisms: I wish the arch support was just a touch more forward in the shoe - my size fits perfect except the support bump hits farther back in my arch (quickly get used to it). And it would be awesome if Nike took this same shoe but made a non-skateboarding version, especially around the toe box that didn't look so frumpy over time.

I'm gonna go on record here and say that I really like the fit of this shoe. I wear a 14 so sometimes I get hosed with the fit.
Toe Box design Flaw

Similar to other Nike SB's that I own, these have the same toe box design flaw. The toe box is not flexible and when you break them in, there are large creases in weird spots at the end of the toe box that put pressure on your toes. It's uncomfortable. I've experienced this with a few of the nike SB shoes, maybe its something Nike should look into.

媽媽感冒不能餵母乳？不餵感染機率增

「我感冒了，還可以繼續餵母乳嗎？」相信這是很多準媽媽心中的疑惑，對此國健署表示，感冒的病毒是以空氣為媒介，寶寶不會經由奶水而遭到感染，不過要注意的是，感冒病毒會由說話和咳嗽傳染，因此準媽媽最好戴口罩餵奶；反而是停止母乳哺餵，寶寶少了乳汁中的抗體保護，恐提升感染機率。

國健署表示，感冒的病毒是以空氣為媒介，所以即使媽媽感冒了，寶寶是不會經由奶水而感染的，不過，由於它會經由說話和咳嗽傳染，所以最好能戴口罩來餵奶，至於媽媽服用感冒藥，哺餵母乳並不是禁忌，不必擔心，如果真的害怕吃藥會影響嬰兒，則可以請教醫師。
國健署強調，母親感冒時母乳中的抗體是嬰兒最好的保護，反而是如果停止母乳哺育，嬰兒仍可能接觸到環境中讓母親生病的細菌或病毒，卻沒有乳汁中的抗體保護，導致更高的感染率。
