美韓外長波蘭會晤 談2次川金會
南韓外交部長康京和，於當地時間14日，在波蘭首都華沙與美國國務卿蓬佩奧舉行會晤，商談第二次「川金會」事宜。（王長偉 首爾報導）
康京和前往華沙，是出席「促進中東和平與安全的未來」的中東問題國際會議。康京和離韓前表示，由於第二次「川金會」即將舉行，美韓雙方此次就第二次「川金會」的籌備工作進展，將成為最重要的議題。
美韓雙方在會上，是否會討論重啟兩韓經濟合作專案一事，備受關注。有分析認為，北韓雖然有意以永久廢棄寧邊核武設施，來換取緩解對北韓制裁，但美方對此持消極態度，雙方可能透過對金剛山旅遊專案或開城工業園區豁免制裁，來尋找切合點。
另據觀測，康京和與美國國務卿蓬佩奧，此次還將就日前達成一致的駐韓美軍防衛費分擔協定談判、美韓同盟關係發展等交換意見。
孩子長期睡覺打鼾 恐潛藏心衰竭風險
（優活健康網記者林奐妤／綜合報導）小玲滿心歡喜準備行李參加國小畢業旅行，3天後卻哭喪著臉回家。父母關心詢問，小玲抱怨全班都知道她晚上睡覺會打鼾，並且嘲笑鼾聲像牛一樣大聲，包括小玲喜歡的男生。孩子夜間打鼾或磨牙，本人很難得知。鼻塞、鼻子不通、反覆性中耳炎及中耳積水等問題多年，睡眠品質差、聽力不佳，影響上課學習成績受影響。經初步鼻咽內視鏡檢查，發現腺樣體增生，醫師建議手術治療。
腺樣體反覆發炎增生 影響鼻部、咽喉及耳部桃園醫院護理師邱淑芳說明，鼻咽部可說是上呼吸道免統中的第一關，多數感冒、咽喉炎都是由鼻咽部的淋巴組織發炎最先發作。腺樣體是鼻咽部的淋巴組織，長年鼻子過敏、鼻竇炎、鼻涕倒流，腺樣體會不停的發炎刺激增生肥厚而出現鼻塞、鼻子不通，躺下時尤其明顯，睡覺出現打鼾聲、睡不安穩，甚至刺激咽喉，導致久咳不癒。而鼻咽部緊鄰耳咽管開口，若通往中耳腺樣體增生，造成鼻腔病菌逆行而上，引發反覆性中耳炎或中耳積水等。
藥物治療效果不彰 可考慮進行手術切除若藥物治療效果不彰，腺樣體過肥厚，妨礙呼吸及睡眠，或反覆發炎導致中耳積水，可進一步接受手術來切除肥厚的腺樣體組織。手術時間只要約1小時，術後可以先喝水，若無嘔吐、吞嚥困難情形即可喝一些冰冷透明液體，如水或蘋果汁。之後可小口進食冷、軟食物（冰淇淋、優酪乳、布丁），2星期後即可正常飲食。
術後2星期內孩子不應吃堅硬食物（炸雞、烤麵包、比薩薄餅），可能劃傷喉嚨，導致疼痛和出血。手術中或手術後吞下血液，可能會吐出一些粘稠、棕色液體是正常的。抬高頭部和肩膀，減輕鼻腔腫脹，可以讓孩子更舒適。手術後1星期內，孩子要儘量保持安靜，不要讓孩子進行劇烈運動或接觸性運動。
睡眠品質不佳 嚴重恐引發心臟衰竭、腦缺氧邱淑芳護理師提醒，睡覺時過度用力呼吸、無法好好休息，不僅影響成長發育，睡眠品質不佳也會導致孩童注意力不集中、情緒控制不佳、易怒、過動等問題，長期下來也可能影響心肺功能，嚴重甚至引發心臟衰竭、腦部缺氧猝死等風險，孩子有打鼾問題，應儘早治療。
