(大家都在說服貿，貿易局離職的我也很想說一下) 學者說，政府根本沒逐條檢查協定內容對臺灣產業有什麼影響，啊是事實還怕人講!!????
先前在國貿局當差時我就知道政府運作有多廢渣，條約下來，局長把文批給某某組去辦，於是這個文就輪到某某組裡的嘍囉科員/專員去辦。文這麼多這麼厚難道嘍 囉會看?於是這個嘍囉就只會打開目錄,把他分一分，弄了個分工表，把文發出去會各單位意見，通常兩天之後就會陸續收到各單位"本局對此上尚無意見"的屁回 文，想當然又是那些各部會裡面的倒楣嘍囉被分到這個賽事，他又不是專家學者怎麼可能有什麼批評指教，然後這個條約就大家都沒意見的過了。
我還記得當初寫公文一直被退，某個很有才的人就叫我把馬總統十六字箴言，簽FTA才能保持台灣國際競爭力，哈哈哈哩的屁話通通寫上去，文真的就過了，因為
長官們都愛聽這種屁話。馬總統今天的新聞記者會內容就跟當初我們寫狗屁廢渣公文裡提出的"簽FTA才能保持國際競爭力"那些如出一轍，肯定又是某個倒楣的 嘍囉被分到這個賽事，於是把前人寫的文章 copy paste修修改改而來，完全不意外啊!
簽這個簽那個，怎麼有時間弄這個塞事，沒時間好好經營國家，雖然我當初就嗆過一直想簽這簽那結果勞師動眾也沒人(例如歐洲美國，well...ok,美國 很想塞腦殘牛肉給我們所以我們也低聲下氣拜託他跟我們簽，簽吧簽吧簽吧!!!!)真想跟我們簽FTA，anyhow,貿易局這幾年來的政策早就走偏了路，
搞那些根本不是本家的條約談判，然後嗆完我也黑了，黑的徹底，但反正我也看不下去辭職走人了，這一切這麼令人無言，你怎麼好意思叫人民接受啊?馬卡龍?

先前特考商務人員進入經濟部體系後，小女不才正是在貿易局工作，其實服貿最初是由貿易局雙邊貿易一組裡的ECFA小組負責(依據我的印象這個小組裡大約不 到10人，領導的小組長1名，接下來是雙一組組長，接下來就是局長。)這個小組裡面許多都是像我一樣初出社會，對什麼條約協定根本一竅不通的科員，專員。
我們的國家在對外洽簽FTA是這樣進行的: 由貿易局去尋找願與台灣洽簽的國家，等待對方有興趣與我洽談時，便交由經濟部下的經貿談判代表辦公室OTN負責(在這種鬥爭的地方，你可以想見兩方在互搶功勞的樣子)。
台灣政府在推與國外洽簽FTA/ECA時通常對人民打的口號就是，"不簽台灣就會失去國際競爭力"這套說詞(真正洽簽之後的效益我是不知道的，大家簽了ECFA之後覺得錢有多了嗎?我無感欸)，想當然爾，也沒什麼國家有興趣跟台灣洽簽FTA。
Anyway, 貿易局最近這幾年的政策仍是注重在與他國洽簽FTA(成效?)，自己本行的進出口貿易到底做到哪裡去我就不知道了(進出口衰退比例上中華民國海關網站可查
詢，我不知道明確數字，我只知道有夠慘)。拿著熱臉到處貼別人冷屁股，然後對著其他國家只能講出我們與中國大陸簽有ECFA，可以透過台灣來跟中國大陸做 生意這招，說到要開放卻又沒半條，誰要跟我們簽?(中國居然要欸，你不覺得很奇怪?)
依我的看法條約是會簽的，這是國際誠信問題，但希望政府對內容一定要謹慎，簽下任何東西之前是否也有對價的收穫呢?條約內容如何跟監督的機制建立，這才是 學運所要求的重點。老實說，我對中華民國政府辦事得荒腔走板覺得無藥可救，小女不才，在辭職前辦過幾次類似案件。可以想像一下，這麼重要的國際條約是交由
一名高考/特考的菜鳥負責嘛?ok, 上面是有長官們，也算是team work，但真的這樣的高度跟眼光夠格局嗎?
條約來了，這個菜鳥只是把條約依目錄內容，分配給各個有關單位查看，貿易局不過就是扮演著統整的角色，說的學者專家，我想也就是外包給中經院50萬100 萬做出來的一本幾乎每次內容都差不多的冊子(納稅人的血汗錢)。依據食古不化的公務員看法，他們可是都依法辦事的呢!會了國內各單位意見(通常都是無意 見，我還接獲過某某局打來說，條約文好多他不想看，應該沒有什麼差錯吧?貿易局會把關吧!蛤? )還有專家學者的審查意見，該做的都做了，我們有什麼不滿?
這次服貿事情鬧著麼大，貿易局的前同事跟我說了他們的因應政策是->加印文宣。
我想問，加印這些文宣除了浪費納稅人的血汗錢again外，有人會想看? 那些當初因為ECFA事情鬧得沸沸揚揚，除了加印的文宣在我辭職時還是高山般的堆在辦公室裡，那時還把主管們叫去上台語課，叫大家用台語宣導服貿 (whaaat?)，這些人在辦事情究竟用什麼樣的腦袋我真的佩服得無體投地，覺得再待下去我會吐血而亡，於是我就自殺性的去辭職了。
要我一個在國家機器這膿腫裡待過的人，相信這個服貿裡的條文他們真的徹徹底底研究過，我真的打死不信。這個國家跟政府病了很久了，不是一兩次的學運就可以 救起來的，但我很開心終於有人願意站出來為我們未來的美好做出努力，冰凍三尺非一日之寒，但錯不能再錯下去，對對的事情就要堅持，這是為人的基本道理。
