Incredibly sturdy shoe

Nike has really hit the right balance between the need of sturdy soles for weightlifting, but the needed flexibility for more aerobic conditioning exercises. They seem to be built like a rock with a lot of attention paid to the small details that help crossfitters across a wide variety of activities. I'm very excited for this purchase. I took the advice of others and bought a .5 size up from what I would normally wear and that was a good decision. These shoes are very snug.

A great Buy
A while back I was looking for a pair of shoes that were moderately priced, comfortable, durable, and good for about any type of exercise. I came across this shoe and it met nearly all my criteria. These shoes are about a perfect hybrid between running shoes and weightlifting shoes, good for running short distances in, as well as for lifting weights.

Specifically these are good for somebody that wants a pair of shoes that they can do a multitude of workouts in. These are great for squats, provide a great platform for that, as well as for any of the olympic lifts you might want to do. Great for sprints, although you would not want to run much more than short sprints in these shoes. The flyknit fabric is very nice, as it forms to your foot very well, this coupled with the flywire laces anchors your foot in the shoe. They are also great if you would want to do handstand pushups against a wall. The acrylic on the heel of the shoe slides up and down walls very easily, it doesn't catch like many previous shoes I've had. You can do this on any wall also, as it doesn't mark the wall as it slides along.
Durability
I have had these shoes for well over a year now and they are still in very good shape. I wear them quite often, mostly for going to the gym, as well as just walking around day to day. I rarely clean them, but when I do the white material on the sides always comes clean rather quickly. They are very easy to clean, not needing much upkeep whatsoever. These shoes are also very well put together, many other shoes I have had start tearing away where the sole of the shoe and the uppermost part come together. These shoes however, for having them as long as I have, show no signs of that. This indicates a great level of attention shown in the manufacturing of these shoes.

I love these shoes. They have a larger toe box than any of the Metcons on the market. They pull extremely tight in the mid sole which gives them a glove feel. I have tried many and most of all crossfit shoes on the Market and these are by far my favorite Nike's yet. I highly recommend then

權威醫學網站《medicalnewstoday》報導《科學轉化醫學》雜誌上發表的一項新研究表明，脂肪酸可以促進前列腺腫瘤的生長。由於阻斷脂肪酸似乎可以減緩疾病進展，因此脂肪酸攝取可能是攝護腺癌的一種有前景的新標靶治療點。
澳大利亞克萊頓莫納什生物醫學發現研究所（the Cancer Program at the Monash Biomedicine Discovery Institute in Clayton, Australia）癌症項目副主任雷限時下殺挖好康納?泰勒（Renea Taylor）和澳大利亞墨爾本大學生理學系主任馬提?瓦特（Matthew Watt）教授領導了這項新研究。
正如泰勒、瓦特教授和他們的同事在他們的論文中提到的，即使攝護腺癌生長緩慢，阻止其進入侵略階段仍然很困難。

阻斷脂肪酸轉運會減緩癌症
為此，他們從患有攝護腺癌的人中取出人體組織樣本並將其移植到小鼠身上。他們發現，人類攝護腺癌中脂肪酸的攝取量較高，這些脂肪酸可以促進腫瘤的增大。
研究人員還指出，一種名為CD36的脂肪酸轉運蛋白介導了這些代謝變化。此外，CD36與攝護腺癌的侵襲性形式相關。
接下來，研究人員刪除了負責製造這種轉運蛋白的基因，並檢查了實驗室老鼠治療攝護腺癌的效果。消除該基因降低了導致腫瘤形成的信號傳導脂質並減緩了癌症的進展。此外，「CD36抗體治療降低了癌症嚴重程度」，研究人員報告說，他們繼續指出他們的結果指向一個新的治療目標。

據了解，各縣市政府為了降低汽機車排放廢氣的危害，最近大力推行「電動車」，除了台北市5月起將優待電動機車免費停車外，新北市更將設置電動機車專屬的停車格，讓許多騎士相當期待。

這可是頭一遭把Gogoro當做警用機車，引起網友們熱烈討論，有人看到直看衰，「會不會跑到一半沒電 ，改用腳跑」、「高雄的錢特別好花？」、「追不到人吧」、「這樣追不到飆仔了」、「這種小輪子只能走路很平的派出所，應該是沒有辦法載人爬山。」、「維修費蠻昂貴的！」
不過也有人出面為Gogoro平反，「看來很多人都沒長知識，電車的加速比油車快很多」、「這台車可以電很多白牌車」、「安靜無聲可以偷偷摸摸的從犯人背後出現」、「Gogoro的加速很變態…」、「這個可以跑很快內！而且很安靜！偷偷接近嫌疑犯應該不會被發現。」
