阿…起床了!!
昨晚應該有睡好吧?
7:00 a.m. @ Train to Roma
ar…got up!!
I think I slept well yesterday…
昨天火車出發後
其中一位韓國人就把他的零食拿出來吃
還問我要不要吃….
Yesterday right after the train departure
One of the Korean boys took out his snacks
And asked me if I would like to have some
為什麼在火車上遇到的陌生人
都喜歡問我要不要吃東西哩?
Why strangers on the train like to ask me
If I would like to eat something lee?
跟上次一樣謝絕了對方
Just like last time
I thanked him back
我當時不敢先睡覺….
觀察對方是不是壞人後…
得到結論是….
I stayed up for a while
To check on the others if they were bad people
And the result was
覺得他們比我還怕遇到壞人….!!!
也就安心了….
They fear bad people more than I do!!
^^… So I felt relieved
火車出發後
上了鎖的門還不夠安全
還要把樓梯搬過來檔著門…
然後還理直氣壯地告訴我
After the departure
The locked door wasn’t safe enough
They moved the staircase in front of the door
And said to me
[有壞人的話….
放心!! 有我們在!!]
[if bad people comes in…
don’t worry!! We are here!]
呵呵….
感覺他們兩位很寶!!
在一個人的旅途中能遇到
會逗自己開心的陌生人
也是一種幸福…
^^….
They are really cute!!
Having to meet people that could make us laugh
During the trip
For me, it was a blessing too…
咦~我好像經常會感到幸福耶…

It seems like I always felt blessed?! ^^
對阿…^^….
我覺得幸福的感覺
其實一直在都周圍徊繞著
只是有些時候
無法去發覺它的存在
yeah…^^
I believe that happiness
Has always surrounded each of us
It is just that sometimes
We can’t really sense its presence
現在有一位已經起床了
在一旁看書
Sung看我在寫遊記
跑來跟我說他會寫中文…
然後他就在我的本子上面寫了他的名字
另外一位 Kwon還在睡覺
可能昨晚沒有睡好吧?!
Sung 說 Kwon 昨晚每半個小時都會醒來一次….?!
One of them got up now
Sung is reading something
He came to show me that he can write some Chinese words
Then he wrote his name in Chinese in my diary
And Kwon is still sleeping
Sung said ….last night Kwon woke up almost every 30 minutes ….
Hm…

現在人在羅馬了
這裡的天氣真的超熱的
到羅馬車站跟Kwon& Sung告別時
想到自己又要一個人了
就有一點不想走開
但這一趟旅程本來就是要一個人走的阿…
在分開前Kwon送了我一個小袋子
本來不想收的
但想到在火車上時
自己很壞地一直拒絕對方的好意
所以還是把袋子收下了
I am in Rome now
The weather is awfully hot in here
At the train station
When it comes to say goodbye to the boys
I didn’t wanted to leave
Cause I will be alone again
But..wasn’t I expected to be alone on this trip anyways?
Kwon gave me a little bag before we gone our separate way
I ddin’t wanna take it
But I thought of how mean I was of not accepting anything on the train…
So at the end I thanked him for the gift
出了車站時蠻好笑的
因為我沒有帶到旅舍的住址
還好前來歐洲前時有作工課
所以大概知道那家旅舍位於的路
出了車站向一位婦人尋路
她們很好心地帶我走到了那條路
還特別叮嚀我 小心看守我的背包
After walked out of the station
I realized that I didn’t have the address of the hostel on me
Fortunately I did my homework before my departure to Europe
So I kinda know the name of the street that it is located on
I asked a middle-aged woman for directions
She kindly guided me to the street
And warned me to pay careful attention on my belongings
[so… pickpockets do exist ……]
到了旅舍後
櫃台服務人員說三點以後才能 check-in
喔….好吧…..
所以我沒有洗澡地又跑了出來
[有點嘔心說^^…..]
不過 我想這麼熱的天氣
就算洗了澡到外面走幾下可能又一身粘答答的
這裡的氣候真的不是普通的熱….
希望之後到雅典不會比這還熱哩….
Once arrived at the hostel
The receptionist told me that the room would only be free after 3 p.m.
Oh..okay….
Therefore I got my stinky self out again
But even if I had a chance to take a shower
I think I will get dirty anyways within ten minutes
Here, the weather is really hot…
You just start sweating after 5 minutes of walk
hope that it won’t be worst than this in Athens
早上十點來到了Colesseo
光買一張票就排了大概快一個小時的隊
還好排隊的地方是在陰涼處下
不然可能會中暑呢@…@
I arrived at Colesseo around 10 a.m.
Waited for an hour to get a ticket
Fortunately we were standing in the shade
If not we will probably get sick………
嗯~那個地方喔…
感覺上沒有想像中的那樣壯觀
都看不到以前競賽的場地
只剩下一堆殘骸的石塊而已….
Hm..that place….
Was not as grandiose as I thought
The old fighting ground was already ruined into blocks of stones
What is left were just the skeleton of the foundation
現在在Colesseo旁的Palatino
好不容易在炎熱的大太陽天下
早到了一個避暑的腳落
從早上到現在
已經走了四個小時了….
Right now I am at the Palatino
A ruined city near by Colesseo
After a four hours walk under the sun
I finally found a shading place to rest….
[trees are rare in Rome :P]

今天只有去兩個地點
Colesseo 和 Palatino
因為天氣實在是太熱了!!
大約三點回到旅舍 Check-in 後
就迫不及待地去沖了一個冷水澡
順手把衣服也洗了
弄一弄也快六點了

Today I only went to two sites
Colesseo and Palatino
The weather was just awfully hot!!
I came back to the hostel around 3 p.m.
Then rushed to take a nice shower
And then washed my clothes
When all was done it was almost 6 p.m.
對哩…
我之前有去附近的超市買東西
那邊的物價真的是貴的可怕!!
一串香蕉要1.29 euro?!
我們這邊一串不到 1 cad 就可以買到哩….
然後一瓶1,5 L 的水要2.29 euro?
天阿….那是什麼水哩?!
Oh..yeah…
Before I got back
I went to a nearby super market
The stocks were pretty expensive!!
A banana costs 1,29 euro?
Euh..we can get one for less than a dollar here….
Then a bottle of 1,5 L costs 2,29 euro?
Gee…what kind of water is that?
晚上收e-mail時
弟說澳運組織寄了一張通知信給我
喔…這麼晚才寄到喔?
人家都已飛到歐洲哩^^
明天到火車站
打一通電話回家問一下好了….
明天要去哪呢?
想去Vatican…^^
那要走路還是搭地鐵哩?
坐地鐵的話就看不到風景哩….
走路的話….
要走個兩個小時
若沒有迷路
兩個小時應該可以到吧?
明早起來再說囉…^^
I checked my e-mail at night
little brother said the Olympic Volunteer committee sent me a notice letter …
oh…they just sent the letter?
Hm….I am already in Europe now:P….ccc
I guess I will go to the train station tomorrow
And make a call home to learn what’s on the letter
Where am I going tomorrow?
Wanna go to Vatican City^^
Should I walk or take the subway?
If I take the subway then I won’t be able to enjoy the city view
If I walk…
Should be able to get there within two hours
[well ….If I don’t get lost]
ar..will decide tomorrow lah…..^^
現在想睡了…
這房間有六張床
目前只有發現一位男性室友…
其它的好像都是女的…^^
不管了….睡覺去….

This room has 6 beds
For now…there is only one guy in the room

That’s all I know^^…..
The others are mostly girls….
