民眾黨新竹市長當選人高虹安麻煩大了！先前因為涉嫌詐領助理薪資，遭到檢方依違反貪污治罪條例，以60萬交保候傳，現在又被周刊踢爆，高虹安暗槓立法院按月補助的辦公事務費，匯入她的指定帳戶後就只進不出。
台灣韜略策進協會副理事長張宇韶在《94要客訴》節目中表示，高虹安辦公室買咖啡機與咖啡豆的錢，本來應該用這筆辦公事務費來支付，但是這筆事務費匯到高虹安那裡卻「只進不出」，反而是拿公積金來支付，張宇韶認為，高虹安辦公室會這樣運作，「就是因為公積金的錢不是高虹安出的，是從低薪高報回捐回來的，再怎麼樣運作都還是助理的錢。」

資深媒體人王時齊則表示，如果高虹安辦公室需要文具，就是用助理的加班費公積金購買，「這筆立法院補助的辦公事務費，變成都是委員淨賺。」王時齊也說，「看起來她真的是把立委這個工作，當作一個賺錢的職務，所以才會想方設法，再從裡面可以拿到緊繃最高額的國家資源。」
