《每日郵報》報導，越南一名年輕正妹黎夏奈兒(Ly Chanel)原本和老公甜蜜恩愛，目前也懷有三個月身孕，準備迎接小寶寶的誕生，未料卻發現其實老公已在外「偷吃」達7個月之久，讓她醋勁大發，於是夥同友人找上小三，並用辣椒強行塞入小三的下體作為懲罰。

23歲的黎夏奈兒在發現老公錢凱歐(Chien Keo)在外面有女人之後，便不動聲色的蒐證追蹤，而後和一群友人偷偷跟著錢凱歐來到汽車旅館「逮人」，抓住小三後，一群人扒開小三的衣服，壓住她的身體四肢，將事先準備好的辣椒通通硬塞進小三的下體，就是要讓小三辣得「叫不敢」，不過一旁的老公錢凱歐竟安然無事。
之後黎夏奈兒等一夥人甚至還將懲罰小三的照片PO上網，卻引發網友們兩極的議論，有人同情黎夏奈兒遭遇老公出軌的處境，更有許多人反問為什麼她沒有同樣懲罰老公？也有網友覺得，雖然已婚還偷吃本來就是錯的，可是如果他是錢凱歐，看到妻子這麼潑辣，他應該會想跑得遠遠的。
而目前當地警方表示，尚未收到受害人報案，檢察官則說，如果此案成立的話，黎夏奈兒就必須接受罰款。

台南地檢署日前向法院聲請羈押一名張姓槍砲通緝犯，張嫌向法官表示他家裡養了200多箱蜜蜂，他必須回家照顧蜜蜂，否則蜜蜂會死，而這名法官最後竟裁定以10萬元交保，讓法界一片譁然。
這份強制處分書近日在法界瘋傳，內容指出，被告訊後坦承以電鑽貫通槍管，有改造槍枝、槍彈事實，又有扣案物品足以佐證，被告犯行重大，且在搜索時逃離現場，加上有兩次通緝紀錄，檢察官認為他有逃亡之虞並非無理由。
但內容也提到，被告供稱有200多箱蜜蜂需要他照顧處理，不然一周內會死亡，「本於愛護生命，讓所養蜜蜂不會因為無人照顧而發生死亡之憾事，認被告逃亡之虞應可改以交保取代而無羈押之必要」，因此讓被告以10萬元交保，並加註「本院已將被告釋放」。
強制處分書曝光後引發熱議，有法界人士嘆蜜蜂的生命竟比社會安全秩序重要，網友則將這名法官封為「愛蜂法官」，除以諧音合成上一支iPhone手機外，更寫道「這國家的法官，常常搞一些讓我們感到好笑的事情。」
