英超》阿圭羅戴帽 曼城3-1兵工廠重回次席差利物浦2分
2018-19賽季英超聯賽第25輪焦點大戰，曼城主場以3-1戰勝兵工廠。
開場第48秒，拉波特（Aymeric Laporte）助攻阿圭羅（Sergio Agüero）閃電破門，科斯切爾尼（Laurent Koscielny）頭球扳平比分，斯特林（Raheem Sterling）助攻阿圭羅再進1球；下半場，阿圭羅攻進一記有爭議的進球，完成帽子戲法。最終，曼城主場3-1戰勝兵工廠。

移除大腦殭屍細胞 逆轉阿茲海默露曙光
（法新社巴黎19日電） 研究顯示，移除老鼠大腦中的殭屍細胞，與阿茲
搶先看好物分享海默症存在因果關係。科學家讓老鼠體內生產這些自然形成的殭屍細胞，用來模擬阿茲海默症引起的慢性神經元損傷與相關的記憶喪失。
這項今天發表在「自然」（Nature）期刊的研究，可望為對抗失智症開闢新戰線。
堆積在體內的殭屍細胞無法再分裂，但仍會傷害其他健康細胞，這種過程稱為衰老，是所有哺乳動物的常見現象。
科學家早已知道，這些不再活躍的細胞聚集在大腦中與老年疾病相關的區域，從骨關節炎、動脈硬化到巴金森氏症和失智症。
先前研究也顯示，移除年老老鼠體內的衰老細胞，延長了牠們的健康壽命。不過科學家說，最新研究結果首度證實這類細胞與阿茲海默症這種特定疾病存在因果關係。
但他們也警告，研究中可能出現的任何治療方法還得經過多年檢驗。
在實驗中，明尼蘇達州羅徹斯特（Rochester）梅約醫院（Mayo Clinic）的布希安（Tyler Bussian）領導的研究團隊利用轉基因老鼠，製造出阿茲海默症患者神經元中形成的破壞性、蜘蛛網狀Tau蛋白纏結。
這些老鼠還被編碼為能夠消除同一區域的「殭屍」細胞。
梅約醫院的研究資深執筆人貝克（Darren Baker）說：「移除衰老細胞時，我們發現患病動物不僅保留了構成記憶的能力，發炎的跡象也消失了。」
這些老鼠也沒有發展出阿茲海默症的蛋白「纏結」特徵，腦質量也正常。
麻省理工學院（MIT）科學家潘尼（Jay Penney）和蔡立慧在一篇評論中寫道：「阻擋衰老的神經膠質形成，就能阻止這些老鼠經歷的認知衰退和神經退化」。
布希安和研究小組用藥物複製了研究結果，顯示有朝一日能利用藥物抑制這些殭屍細胞的存在，來減緩或阻止阿茲海默症。
全球65歲以上者約有7%罹患阿茲海默症或某種形式的失智症，85歲以上者則上升至40%。
