Conforms to the norm:The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a
safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.
At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. The
built-in newborn insert with shock-absorbing foam padding provides extra support and additional protection.
The SICT technology is to be activated on the door side of the car seat at all times. The
side impact protection technology provides double protection for your child. In case of a side impact, the forces that occur are distributed away from your little one and then absorbed.

5-point safety belt is perfectly suitable for your child. It keeps him safe in the shell and distributed the forces that occur in the event of an impact via five different points. 睽違13年閣揆身分重返議場！蘇貞昌提6大施政方向宣示要「接地氣、會做事」
立法院新會期今（15）日開議，上午由行政院長蘇貞昌進行施政報告並備詢，這也是他睽違13年後，再度以閣揆身分回到立院。蘇在報告時宣示，今後的行政團隊必須接地氣、會做事，以「簡政便民」為施政理念，從民眾角度推行制策，透過執行力、行動力解決民眾關心的問題。
蘇貞昌在正式報告前，在備詢台上說出昔日的經典台詞。他說，「人生劇本早就寫好，只是不能偷看」，13年後又回到立法院，他會全力以赴，遵照各界的指教、指示，接地氣、平民怨、會做事。
接著，蘇貞昌將施政報告，濃縮為六大項，包括「安心生活」、「經濟第一」、「壯大文化」、「弱勢優先」、「守護民主」，最後是「團結，讓台灣更好」。
蘇貞昌表示，未來在內政方面，將以掃毒及掃賭為優先，要求內政部及相關單位追查源頭、職業賭場，務必做出成績單。另外，也將嚴格執行酒駕查緝，研擬朝「酒駕致人於死，
購物經典商品等同故意殺人」方向修法等。

有關於非洲豬瘟的防治，蘇貞昌強調，「疫區就在隔壁，他卻什麼都不做，還讓死豬飄過來，這不是什麼心靈溝通」，因此，為了防止，政府已全面查驗來自疫區的旅客，也增加18台X光機，並請旅客配合，讓外界了解，台灣是有政府、也是說到做到的國家。
表示尊重公投結果 蘇：婚平專法將在時限內送立院
針對去年九合一選舉合併公投，蘇貞昌指出，行政院會尊重公投結果，目前已將「廢除《電業法》95條第1項」一案（明定2025年落實非核家園目標）送到立法院。至於「每年至少降低1%的方式逐年降低火力發電廠發電量」的公投案，他說，未來沒有新建、擴建燃煤機組的規劃，缺口將由綠能替補，以「穩定供電、減少空汙、合理電價」達成能源配比最佳化。
對於外界關心的婚姻平權法案，蘇貞昌說，行政院會秉持大法官釋憲精神，同時也遵守公投結果，在《公民投票法》規定的時限內，研提專法送到立法院審議。而「反核食」公投案的通過，他表示，日本食品管制措施並無時間表，因此，政府會秉持WTO精神，持續與日本政府溝通。

大貓熊也初五開工 團團求愛仍失敗
【台灣醒報記者鄭羿菲台北報導】別人年初五（20日）忙著開工，大貓熊團團與圓圓也忙著求愛繁殖下一代。北市動物園發言人曹先紹21日受訪時笑說，「依照往例，團團雖然努力地爬上圓圓的背，但仍然失敗收場。」負責照顧大貓熊的保育員說，團團失敗後，決定在20日下午、21日上午進行2次人工授精，而「圓仔」這陣子則每天排班，獨挑大貓熊館與遊客見面的大樑。
大年初五各行各業忙著開工時，北市動物園的大貓熊也不得閒，團團與圓圓正為了繁殖下一代「開工」。曹先紹21日受訪時表示，今年圓圓的發情高峰較往年稍為提早，10日開始保育員便觀察到圓圓有外陰腫、蹭陰、來回走動、奔跑、泡水等發情期的跡象，且越來越明顯，估計發情高峰應該就在春節期間，因此保育員、獸醫都在「待命」協助團團求愛。
曹先紹說，圓圓在20日達到發情高峰，隨即安排上午讓團團與圓圓「串籠」，讓牠們彼此熟悉一下，之後再打開籠子讓牠們在空間中一起活動，而團團也非常積極，「有好幾次都成功爬上圓圓的背了，但結果圓圓卻不想交配跑掉，最後團團今年也依循往例，『相見歡』以失敗收場。」
「在20日上午團團失敗後，下午就聚集多位保育員、獸醫師與多位中國保護大熊貓研究中心專家一同擔任『人工紅娘』。」負責照顧大貓熊的保育員指出，為了難得的一年一度大貓熊發情期，工作小組分別在20日下午4點半、21日上午10點半替團團「人工取精」，並為圓圓「人工授精」，過程順利完成，希望能讓圓圓懷上大貓熊寶寶。
保育員說，圓圓在未來有一段關鍵的觀察期，以判斷是否成功受孕，因此將留在欄舍休息，暫時不會到活動場，而團團則保持機動調整出現地點，目前大貓熊館暫時交給團團與圓圓的女兒圓仔獨挑大梁與遊客們見面。
