週四各地雖有陽光，須留意寒流持續發威，週五溫度會更低。中央氣象局提醒，這一波寒流最低溫恐出現在週末清晨，下一波冷空氣將在下週三報到。
氣象局預報員朱美霖表示，寒流南下，週四到週日早晚氣溫明顯偏低，由於這一波偏乾冷，白天氣溫微升，須留意日夜溫差。週末北台灣整天涼冷，中南部日夜溫差較大。
朱美霖指出，週四北方高壓南下，台北測站清晨觀測到10.4度低溫，已達寒流等級。這一波寒流會一路影響至週日，因為秉性乾冷，台灣上空幾乎沒有雲系，週日（含）以前，台灣附近都是晴到多雲的天氣，僅東部、東南部有一些低雲，帶來零星降雨。

Both radiating pieces are comprised of composite materials, which allow for exceptional strength and roughness even in the harshest environments. 朱美霖說明接下來的冷空氣變化，下週一週二高壓東移出海，寒流減弱，但早晚因輻射冷卻效應溫度仍低；下週三受到下一波東北季風影響，冷高壓再來，所幸強度不如前面兩波。
水氣變化部分，週日以前降雨集中在東部、東南部、恆春半島一帶；到了下週一週二，迎風面的東部、大台北山區、基隆北海岸降雨機率提高；下週三週四水氣再增，大台北地區、東半部都會下雨。
氣溫方面，週四中部以北平地低溫10、11度，白天太陽露臉高溫達18、19度；中南部低溫12、13度，高溫仍有22、23度；東部、東南部低溫17~19度，白天高溫約20度。
朱美霖提醒，週五白天氣溫會比週四低，北台灣高溫普遍不到15度，最低溫估出現在週六週日的清晨，約6~9度；中南部日夜溫差可達11度，週末白天15~20度，但清晨氣溫偏低，局部地區（如近山區平地）恐下探10度。
