國內食品廠因應一例一休上路，各業者都在調整階段，並面臨人力短缺問題，即使想
便宜機票比價找派遣人員因應旺季需求，也找不到人。食品業者表示，許多食品淡旺季銷售量差距甚大，無法因為短期旺季而聘僱更多正職員工，若未來人力實在補不足，通路缺貨恐難避免。
統一指出，目前每個工廠都必須重新調配人力安排，增加人力有其必要性，不過，為讓現有人力能發揮更大效益，在產品布局與事業重心上將更著重高附價值方向轉型，透過提升自我營運效能，降低人事成本提高衝擊。
過去旺季可在周六加班因應，且旺季時通路常常需要臨時追加貨量，也可靠加班補足，新制上路後，統一周六不再讓員工加班，只能提高平日生產量，若通路臨時追加訂單，就不能像過去一樣即時反應。
食品業者表示，在一例一休上路後，各行各業對派遣人力的需求都大增，但即使要找派遣人員，也面臨一人難求的窘境。
