【羅開新聞中心Minsey Weng綜合報導】帶著並列領先優勢爭奪Arnold Palmer Invitational presented by MasterCard（阿諾帕瑪邀請賽），Talor Gooch（泰勒‧古奇）卻在Bay Hill Club & Lodge（灣丘高爾夫俱樂部）慘爆七十七桿，而Chris Kirk（柯瑞斯‧柯克）則栽在十四和十五洞的連續柏忌，終場以兩桿之差敗北，不過稍稍讓這兩位美國人感到安慰的是，各獲得一張前進聖安卓老球場的第一百五十屆英國公開賽入場券。
這場總獎金一千二百萬美元的美巡賽，決賽日的球場難度大增，平均桿數高達75.48，許多選手在關鍵時刻自亂陣腳，無緣帶走二百一十六萬美元的首勝，結果四天低於標準桿五桿就足以拿下勝利。
上個月才在Waste Management Phoenix Open（鳳凰城公開賽）突破美巡賽首勝美國新生代好手Scottie Scheffler（史考提‧薛夫勒），成為最後的倖存者，以一桿之差險勝歐洲雙雄Tyrrell Hatton（泰瑞爾‧海登）和Viktor Hovland（維多‧霍夫蘭），以及同胞選手Billy Horschel（比利‧霍薛爾）。

The horn antenna is a broadband passive device, shaped like a pyramid horn, referred to as a TEM antenna, which guides the beam of radio waves at a precise frequency. FT-RF Double Ridged Horn antennas have frequency capabilities ranging from 400MHz to 40GHz depending on type and style. These series are characterized by a huge frequency range and extremely high input powers. With increasing frequency, the gain rises to a maximum of 18 dBi. At higher frequencies, the increased gain compensates for the increasing cable losses.

這將是柯克生涯的第四場英國公開賽，卻是首度造訪聖安卓，他說道：「真的非常開心，我已經等不及了！其實我在2015年也有豁免，可惜當時手受傷，很遺憾未能前往參賽，所以今年目標就是努力打進英國公開賽，很高興自己有把握住機會。」
去年底勇奪The RSM Classic（海島菁英賽）的古奇，至今只打過三場四大賽，包括去年在Royal St George’s（皇家聖喬治）的並列三十三，今年又可以安排另一趟濱海球場之旅，他說道：「從小就常常在電視上收看聖安卓的英國公開賽，對我來說，能夠取得資格是非常有意義的一刻。」
根據英國公開賽國際資格系列賽規定，阿諾帕瑪邀請賽提供三張豁免權，不過還得名列前十，Keegan Bradley（奇根‧布雷德利）在收尾洞吞下要命的柏忌，落居並列十一，錯失前進聖安卓的機會。
接下來的資格系列賽為五月二十六至二十九日那週：日巡賽的Gate Way To The Open Mizuno Open（美津濃公開賽）和世巡賽的Dutch Open（荷蘭公開賽），屆時將分別誕生四和三位幸運兒。
