八掌溪畔黃花風鈴木盛開 注意賞花違停會拖吊

(中央社記者蔡智明嘉義市12日電)嘉義市八掌溪畔防汛道路旁黃花風鈴木開花,吸引大量人潮遊賞;嘉義市交通處提醒,防汛道路已畫上紅線禁止路肩停車,呼籲賞花民眾車輛勿違停,否則拖吊。

嘉義市交通處交通科長賴義龍今天接受中央社記者訪問表示,當地居民反映軍輝橋旁八掌溪防汛道路左右兩側常停滿車子,只剩1輛車可以行駛的寬度,難以會車,要求市府畫紅線禁停。

賴義龍說,此段防汛道路原本屬第五河川局管轄,經協商後,今年撥交市府管理,路肩已畫上紅線,目前黃花風鈴木開花,預計會吸引很多人來賞花,賞花民眾注意,車子勿停紅線上,否則拖吊。

嘉義市觀光新聞處長張婉芬告訴中央社記者,除軍輝橋旁八掌溪堤防以及慈玄宮側防汛道路沿線黃花風鈴木已逐漸盛開,另外在嘉義特教學校、忠孝路分隔島、文化公園的風鈴木,目前也開著紫紅色花朵。
