隨著第三劑疫苗接種日漸普及，各國邊境政策亦逐漸鬆綁，為了部署下半年人力需求，台灣虎航自4月底開放客艙組員履歷投遞後，兩週內便吸引了近3000位求職者報名，經初步書面資料篩選後，逾1000名求職者符合資格，參與初試甄選，今（21）日到考率近九成。
台灣虎航發言人許致遠表示，下半年邊境可望解封，日韓也一直是台灣虎航及旅客的首選，短程自助旅遊更是旅客的主要考量，為了下半年的旅遊復甦，台灣虎航提前部署儲備人才，今日逾千名求職者符合資格，複試將於下週末（28日及29日）進行，錄取之客艙組員，將於今（2022）年下半年分批報到。許致遠說，除了這次的空服招募，目前也開放其他的職缺像是培訓機師、地勤人員等。

而今（21）日的招募，從報到到面試的動線安排，皆採單一方向進出，避免短時間內重複接觸，同時，也加強每批報到及面試後的空間清消作業，力求讓面試者、工作人員及考官能有一個安心且放心的面試環境。

為選出性格和台灣虎航「熱情、溫暖、真誠」的品牌服務特質相呼應的客艙組員，考生們於初試徵選中，皆需經過脫鞋摸高後，以團體面試的方式檢視求職者的特質並要求朗讀一段英語短文，以初步了解考生們的語言能力、沈穩度及口條清晰度，並藉由團體面試了解考生的抗壓性、臨場反應及展現自我的方式。
於初試表現優異者，將有機會進入複試階段，屆時將著重於個人特質、團隊合作精神等評分指標。獲得錄取的客艙組員，將成為台灣虎航的客艙組員，將於今年下半年陸續分批報到及受訓，待完成八週的地面及空中訓練課程後，即有機會穿上台灣虎航的制服，成為虎寶虎妞翱翔天際。
