當心！溫差大空汙紫爆 氣喘發作求診增加3成

近日天候溫差大，加上空汙、PM2.5影響，空氣品質頻亮紅燈，且流感又進入流行期，負面效應已經在醫院診間發酵，在種種危險因子誘發氣喘、過敏大發作之下，醫師觀察，近2、3周氣喘患者紛紛回籠拿藥，求診人數也增加3成。
胸腔專科醫師丁良文表示，除了空汙，入冬後氣溫變化大也是誘發病患氣喘主因，門診觀察，自從入冬以來，因氣喘問題求診的病患增加了近3成。
台灣胸腔暨重症加護醫學會便宣布與台灣阿斯特捷利康共同推動「Healthy Lung台灣健康肺計劃」於全台結合基層診所成立「健康肺氣喘認證照護機構」，提供便利又專業的氣喘治療照護，目前已突破第500家，可涵蓋全台半數以上氣喘患者照護量。
台北榮總胸腔部臨床呼吸生理科主任彭殿王指出，健保署自2001年11月起，便推動氣喘醫療給付改善方案，透過醫療團隊給予民眾完整且正確衛教資訊，加強病患的自我照護能力，減少急症及併發症發生，截至2016年追蹤結果，有近3成氣喘患者，已加入氣喘醫療給付改善方案的照護。
相較於未參與方案患者的3.5%住院率，彭殿王強調，參與改善方案的患者降至1.6%，顯示方案降低了5成以上的住院率。
台灣胸腔重症暨加護醫學會理事長林孟志表示，要避免氣喘急性發作，關鍵在於平日良好的控制，包括生活作息、避免過敏原以及按時正確用藥等等，「台灣健康肺計劃」正是連結了學會、基層診所，在全台各地建構逾500家健康肺氣喘認證照護機構，增加氣喘收案比例，也提升基層院所醫師對氣喘的治療品質。
目前527家「健康肺氣喘認證照護機構」診所，分布於北部235所、中部160所、南部132所，民眾可辨識「健康肺氣喘認證照護機構」貼紙標章。
