今天的早餐.....好健康、好豐盛的樣子喔!!

第一站~Alcatraz Island

Our first destination of the day is Alcatraz Island. The ferry leaves from Pier 33 and

it was raining when we drove there. Luckily, it stopped when we arrived at the pier

and the sky began to clear.Our boat left at 10am and we were cutting it close. We run

from the car park to the pier and got on just in time. Unfortunately Ling had to pay for

parking so he missed the boat. Bye bye! Hope you get on the next boat.

今天的天氣陰陰的，從33號碼頭坐船出發時開始下起小雨。好險! 到達惡魔島時，天空

開始轉晴。船是10:00am出發的，大夥到達停車場後一路狂奔至船上，怎知....爸爸為了

繳停車費的關係，就來不及上船囉~~





Once we got off the boat, we listened to the park ranger explained about the island

and the tour. We met up with several other CAIS and Ren-kids there too.

哇! 今天參觀的人數還蠻多的呢! 下船後遇到許多CAIS及仁愛的小朋友喔!!



All the kids are listening to the instructions carefully. Hmm... I wonder if the English is

too fast for the Ren-Ai kids.

孩子們都很認真的聽介紹，只不過...阿伯...前面一排都是台灣小孩咧...可以講慢一點嗎?



There's the audio tour of the cell house. We all listened intently to the stories and

followed the directions as instructed by the audio tour.

孩子們跟著語音說明惡魔島的內容及由來....是說....這耳機裡面講的是中文還是英文??



Hope they never end up here! :-)

The view of San Francisco city is great from Alcatraz. Eason finds the tour

interesting but a little scary. We spent about 2 hours on the island.

從惡魔島往回看，可看到整個舊金山市區，哥哥發現這個行程雖然好玩，

但是卻有一點點可怕，所以，兩個小時後就離開了!!



On the ferry ride back you can even see the Golden Gate Bridge in the background.

坐船回去。



第二站~Fisherman's Wharf 

Here with the Fisherman's Wharf sign. This is a good place for SF gifts. I asked

Eason to just look around today cause we'll be coming back again. He's worried

that he won't get a chance to buy gifts for his family and relatives.

這可是舊金山著名地標之一，許多觀光客都會來到這裡買紀念品或照相。今天，

只是先抽空來一次，看看可能可以買的紀念品，下個禮拜有時間，可以再來這

兒逛逛呢!! 喔~~沒想到，我家哥哥還有心思想著妹妹的紀念品呢!!

第三站~Boudin Bakery

We were all very hungry after the Alcatraz tour so we headed straight to

Boudin Bakery for it's famous sourdough bread and clam chowder.

離開惡魔島後，大家都餓扁了.....到了相當有名的Boudin Bakery，看! 牆上

的麵包有著各式各樣的卡通形狀耶!!



There's also the butternut squash option or the tomato soup option (not shown here)

if you don't like seafood.

哥哥選的是當地最有名的"巧達湯"，若你不吃海鮮，也可選擇蕃茄湯喔!!

We've introduced him to pressed pennies. There are lots of collectable pressed

pennies everywhere in SF. It's got different patterns on either SF sights or other

pictures. My boys collect them from around the world.

美國有許多觀光地點都會有這個"將硬幣印成觀光景圖"的機器，哥哥應該也

有留一個紀念吧!!

哇! 大螃蟹來了! 快逃!!



第四站~Golden Gate Bridge

Driving across the Golden Gate Bridge.

今天的天氣真的很不錯喔!! 徜徉藍天馳騁於金門大橋上，真是人生一大享

受呀!!



第五站~Sausalito

The next destination is to the beautiful seaside town of Sausalito across the

Golden Gate Bridge.

這是一個很特別的小鎮，和舊金山僅一橋之隔，卻是不同風味的小鎮。這裡最

有名的是冰淇淋。哥哥吃的是薄荷巧克力口味......

第六站~Battery Spencer

Finally, on our way home, we stopped by Battery Spencer for a magnificient view

of the Golden Gate Bridge.

在這個點可完全清楚看到金門大橋的全景。

Perfect blue sky and water. We are so lucky to be living here.

這景色也真的太美了吧!  真的好謝謝您們一家人~~~

Once we were back home my boys had to do homework and music. Eason

opted to play ball and bubbles with Rusty.

由於buddy和他的哥哥都有許多作業，這時，我家哥哥很開心的和狗狗一起玩。

去美國之前，哥哥說:他最開心的就是，能夠住到有小狗一起玩的家!!





Ling took Eason and Rusty out for a nice neigbourhood walk.

爸爸帶哥哥去溜狗.....這時我開始納悶? 因為對方爸爸似乎是一句中文都不

會講，那.....我家哥哥會用英文和爸爸聊天嗎?





今日晚餐~Seaweed salad 海帶沙拉



Spicy tofu with spam, corn and edamame. 小辣級的麻婆豆腐



Chicken and veggie spring roll 雞肉春卷



Pumpkin soup. 南瓜湯



Bon appetit! After dinner the boys played 30 mins of Wii, had their shower and

read a bit. Lights off at 10pm, ready for school tomorrow.

開動囉!! 今天晚餐的菜色真棒! 我家哥哥應該沒有太挑食吧!! (冷汗直流.....)

吃完晚餐後，玩了一下wii，約10:00pm就上床睡覺囉!!
