Perhaps it's because I am not a very observant person, I hardly see anyone who is shining. To be more precise, I haven't seen anyone like that until I met Sang-A. When I first saw her, I was literally stunned – her snowy skin, silky hair, and most of all her innocent eyes encompass purity, elegance and compassion which made me instantly give a second take unthinkingly. And it seems to me there was just a bright light streaming out through her skin – shining.
Soon we became friends (not because I want to "absorb the light"; I am decent when she is around) and I very much enjoyed her company. Because she has such a strong curiosity and passion for the unknown and the beauty, so it is really a wonderful thing to watch whenever she gets so excited and joyful by something she encounters. It could be a painting in the museum, a dog on the street, or a mother kissing her baby.
Having known her for some years, I have indeed learned much from her and am inspired by her. Her intelligence as well as her insight of people amazes me time and time again.
And for the first time, she made me wonder that – we never stop missing someone, we just learn to try to live without them.
