C: yellow gold, amber

22 N: fresh prune, tropical fruits, pineapple, cream, berries

21 T: light -> medium, a little cream and spicy, tangerine peelings, honey, very tenderness and smooth

20 F: medium, sweet tenderness, vanilla, honey, cream w/ some sour of berries, prune, 玉米澱粉

21 B: good balanced both for nosing and tasting, young and fresh, matured tasting, impressive

 

梅酒桶後熟原酒

C: amber, straw

21 N: fresh plum, some orange, chocolate, then some dry fruits, mango, and hint of thin wood cask

20 T: medium, a little bitterness of orange peels, plum juice, sour, winery plum

20 F: medium -> long, plum, cheese cake, sour, orange chocolate, ripe fruits, some mango at the end

20 B: balanced, seep and complex, plum liqueur, not similar to SMW

 

HIBIKI 熟成30yo原酒 1971/2009 60%

C: deep amber

22 N: deep and fresh fragrance w/ plum, oak, sandal wood, some bamboo, fresh soilage, grains water, vanilla

21 T: full, strong and good impact, also good strength, a little bitterness of plum peels, very oil

22 F: long, very ripe plum, pear, some apricot, almond, oaky, raw nuts

20 B: balanced, extraordinary character

 

HIBIKI 響 17yo 43%

C: amber

21 N: rose, violet, melon peel, peach, rich cream, vanilla, some passion fruits

21 T: medium, cream, butter, vanilla, some tannins and good texture, wood cask, berries, lemonade, some liquorices and malty at the middle of tongue

20 F: medium, cream, peach, vanilla, some spices and cream biscuit, lightly baked wood cask at the end

21 B: good balanced both for N & T, very sweet and tender

C: amber, straw

22 N: raisin, ripe peach, red berry, followed by some almond, cinnamons, deep and rich, dry fruits, cream

21 T: full, rich and smooth, ripe peach, berries, a little sour, lemon peels, soft oil, orange and peppery

21 F: medium -> long, straw berry jam, baked wood cask, coffee bean, cream, some chocolate, pepper at the end

22 B: very good balanced, oil, creamy, fruity, enjoyable!

C: deep amber

23 N: rich fruit flavour, melon, peach, followed by some plum, orange, then some beautiful wood cask, raisin, toffee, cherry, some berries, passion fruit, apricot, splendid aromas

23 T: full, orange peelings, raisin, plum juice, some beautiful wood cask, rich and complex, some peppery and tobacco at the middle of tongue

23 F: long, plum, orange, chocolate, a little pepper, sandal wood, dry fruit, very good texture and extension

23 B: very good balanced both for N & T, more than words, very enjoyable, no need to wait for its variance
